Really wish i had read the reviews before I got these guys to complete the work. Overall I cant really complain about the works that was done but everything else was not up to the standered I expected. Firstly when the sales man came over and did his quote he claimed he had done a big job this week and so would completely remove his commission when I did the math would have been around 2.5 grand which is just ridiculous to try and claim that. Secondly when I had issues with how they left my property and showed they the proof they became belittling over the phone and somewhat aggressive, claiming I was over exaggerating and just trying to get a discount. You get better customer service at Mcdonald's and that's saying something.

Thank you once again for going above and beyond for letting us have our deposit worth. God bless you and your team.

Very disappointed with my overall experience with this company. Windows and doors were fitted well but no internal windows sills replaced, so brand new windows and 20 year old sills which now look hideous, had to ask for my patio blinds back as the fitter had removed them and took them to the van for himself, he also asked for the window and door keys for the old ones removed as they like to reuse them? Loads of rubbish and empty silicone bottles left in the gutters and a broken roof tile. I have contacted them 4 times now by email and phone, sent photos of the rubbish left and had many promises to follow-up, all have been in vain. Managed to get through to someone today who said an appointment is booked for the 3rd of June to empty the rubbish out the gutters. When I asked when was you going to let me know she said she wasn't sure why i hadn't been told, when i asked about the window sills she said they don't do internal sills. Very unprofessional company only interested in taking your money and not providing a service or product worthy of the price charged. Birkhead De21 6pz

Main contact was Louise, she was brilliant. On fitment one window was cracked in transit, had to wait 10 days for it to be replaced. Main issue was that when the fitters finished, they left with cleaning up. They left my front room and porch littered with build debris, dust and bits of plastic. Took me 2 hrs to clean up their mess

Great fitting, only took a day , did have complications with the lintel not being fitted but did have the guys come out and get it sorted

I had two windows supplied and fitted at my old terrace house. The house was built in 1875 over mine works so you can imagine how straight the window openings weren't lol.
Despite the challenge of this plus loose render outside of one the fitting was superb. Very professional with complete honesty regarding the challenge of making it look right in crooked openings and marrying up to old window sills, I was seriously impressed with the finished result.

High-pressure corporate sales tactics—refused to quote without a 1-hour sofa pitch. They rely entirely on compliance, politeness, and exhaustion.
Had a representative from All Weather Roofline visit my property today. Wanted a simple "like-for-like" window estimation for a home renovation. I laid out clear boundaries from the start: I requested a 30-minute measurement and asked for the baseline quote to be emailed to me so I could compare it with other local trade quotes.
The representative completely refused to provide a quote under these terms. He insisted that he required a full hour to deliver his presentation, and that my partner be present to hear the pitch as well.
When I maintained my boundary and asked him to simply take the measurements and leave an email quote, he staged a phone call to his manager, tried to get me to speak to the manager to pressure me into the presentation, and ultimately walked away without providing a price when I refused the theatrics.
I am leaving this review to warn others—especially vulnerable or elderly residents in the area who may feel uncomfortable setting firm boundaries on their own doorsteps. This company uses rigid, high-pressure corporate sales scripts designed to trap you in your own living room. If you just want a straightforward, professional trade price without the psychological games, look elsewhere!
Note: they also said work was going on the next street to me and when my partner went for a walk down the street and found the guy to ask which house he said it was work down our street!

Great workmanship from Rob and Paddy who fitted our new windows over 3 days. They were very professional and considerate and the finished result is excellent.
We also had a new front door fitted a couple of months ago and again, excellent service and quality.

First class workmanship from start to finish. Can’t fault the installation at all. Dealt with Ryan and would highly recommend. Mr Copley.

Leaflet through the door and a knock at the door. On answering a very polite man took my details to get someone to call to arrange for a quote. They arrived late and had a very dated sales approach. Wanted to sit and have a chat first before any measurements had been taken. I did prevent this and guide him through to the back so he could get on and measure.
I would be interested in knowing if they only target lone females because they were very interested in my personal details. I mentioned I had to pick up my partner up because he was making himself comfortable on the sofa. He said normally we don’t come and do quotes unless all parties are present. Why does that matter when he doesn’t live with me! I only said he was my partner.
The salesman gave me 4 prices. 1st was their full price, 2nd was their discounted as per leaflet, 3rd was extra discounted and 4th was given after he spoke to the manager this worked out to be 50% cheaper than the 1st. I was told the managers offer was only valid while the salesman was present. No mention to a cooling off period at all! I wasn’t impressed with this sales approach.
After this encounter and reading reviews on here I am definitely NOT using these.
I hope this helps someone else thinking about getting them around for a quote it was a waste of my time.

Despite my last review, promise to have my details removed and the reply on trust pilot from the company to take this seriously. Despite a complaint made to which I have had no response. Yesterday 12/05 a further call from this company again asking to complete the work they have already done. Seriously anyone considering using this company stay well clear, they are rude, un professional and have zero customer service. I have received in excess of 20 plus calls from them since work was complete.

Really unprofessional sales approach. The cold caller at the door was great and set good expectations however the communication between their office and the 'gentleman' that came to do the quote wasn't great. We were told the meeting would take 10 minutes but when they arrived, he said he needed half an hour and that both people in the house needed to be present despite my other half giving permission to speak solely to me. He said "the office should have told you all of this". When we couldn't both be there, he huffed, left and said he'd have to rearrange for another time, possibly upset he didn't get his commission. They've visited previously and were just as frosty then but we thought we'd give them another chance as we do need the work doing.

Absolutely awful experience with AWR. They cold called us asking if they could provide a quote for fascias and soffits. I agreed, and was told someone would be in touch. Less than 5 minutes later another person called asking to come out the very next day.
As I’m currently on maternity leave and my husband was at work, I agreed to the appointment. The salesman turned up late and immediately made me feel uncomfortable. He came in, sat on my sofa, and asked where my husband was. When I explained he was at work, he said he couldn’t give me a quote unless both of us were present.
He then started complaining about his colleagues, saying they should have told me this beforehand. While calling the office in front of me, he referred to me as “the Mrs,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. They agreed they would call later that evening to rearrange an appointment with my husband present — but nobody ever called.
The whole experience felt outdated, unprofessional and honestly quite uncomfortable. I feel like we dodged a bullet by not going ahead with them.
To top it off, as he was leaving he randomly asked whether my baby was a boy or a girl. Very strange experience from start to finish.

We were cold called by a gentlemen who offered us a quote in fixing our garage door and a gate leading into our garden.
The next day a different man showed up over an hour late, only to tell us the company doesn't fix anything and proceeded to try and sell us a new garage and garden door for over £2000.
Once he realised we weren't prepared to commit to a triple figure sale after 5 minutes of looking through a brochure for something we never asked for, he ripped it out of my partners hands and stormed off, muttering under his breath.
Complete time wasters and very unprofessional, will say anything to get their foot in the door. I can only imagine what sort of quality work they're doing if this is how they attempt to get new customers. I would avoid at all costs.

Cowboys total cowboys.
For your own good and the good of your money stay well away from this lot. If you do proceed whatever you do, pay by credit card at least you will have some rights. DO NOT pay with a debit card or do a bank transfer. Before they go check everything, firstly if they cleaned up as they do not cover carpets, use crawling boards and leave all their crap and cigarette ends outside.
I had a lot of complaints which they totally ignored, I phoned the office countless times and all I got was empty promises. I wrote a review here on Trustpilot and got a response. Then nothing, I sent countless emails, no response. I wrote another review and again a response, but nothing. I sent letters recorded delivery, no response. Another review and response. They hate complaints that people can read.
With every window that they fitted there was a fault or damage which they caused. After months of complaints and the threat of legal action, they replaced one frame which was is a worse state than the one they removed.
There is so much more to all this so I will be writing updates.
