I was sceptical to buy a ring from a website but when I received it I was quite impressed. It definitely exceeded my expectations and had to recommend my friends

I ordered the 14 kt yellow gold feather brooch.. it's absolutely beautiful.. Its not huge, but it makes a sparkly statement

I'm so inlove w my rings, they are as beautiful as the pictures, tho I had to get them resized it doesn't take away how beautiful they are!

OMG is there anything else to say about this company. I LOVE THEM! I have never met such a professional and loving company. Their jewelry is phenomenal, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I just got into dental school and I love my Tooth Pendant Necklace. I was looking for one everywhere and I found this website they really did make me feel special.

Exactly what we ordered couldn’t be happier.

The ring is pretty, but there is a large inclusion in the sapphire. The shipping was the worst part. They didn't tell me when they shipped it, and since they require a signature, they tried to deliver it 3 times. My husband had to take off work to wait for it on the 4th try. They didn't update my shipping until a week after I got it, and I never received a shipping email.

I have ordered 4 rings from Allurez whihc include two which were lost. The quality of my rings are outstanding. I receive many compliments and am so glad I could replace the two which were lost.

I bought three eternity sapphire stackables in 14k white gold - blue, yellow and red beautifully cut stones. The craftsmanship is beautiful, they are strong and solid and I have received many compliments on them. Since there were three rings, I thought the production time would be much longer than the two weeks estimated, but Allurez was right on it and they were delivered on time. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and highly recommend them! Thank you for my very special rings!

It was a pleasure to work with Allurez. I had an issue with an earing and they replied quickly how I can send mine out and they'll fix it at no cost since I was still under the 1yr service warranty. In 2 weeks I got my earing back. They were fast to reply and straight to the point. Rena helped me out and I appreciate her a lot.

Zero Stars-My Allurez experience began Jun 6th w/ the purchase of an engagement ring (setting only) and continues this day. BBB is currently managing complaint #17487119. Let me be clear... I realized miscommunications were occurring between customer service and me. I waited what I though a reasonable time for communication and shipping confirmation (2 weeks) before requesting refund and was told my custom order was non-refundable. However, the return policy covers this in two separate bullets and Allurez believes one bullet stating "Design your Own" ring can be exchanged for equal or greater value products clearly captures the essence of the next bullet stating "Custom Orders" are non-refundable. I was appalled at such word play for a $1700+ item. After a week of back and forth communications, it was clear Allurez, regardless of what early stage this ring was in design, was never willingly going to return my money which was pulled from my account on June 8th.
What I ordered: An 18kt white gold three stone setting with blue sapphires on either side of a primary empty prong setting sized for a future 1ct very good or better proportion diamond. a total of ten channel set (five diamonds on either side of the ring). This was meant to be a very symbolic piece. My fiancée and I have been married before and we have five children together and I have already gifted her a necklace of five stones; two families joined by one union.
What I received about 30 days after order: A very damaged, worn looking and incomplete 14kt white gold ring with gouges on a smaller and clearly different band than was pictured; damaged blue sapphires that has one prong completely missing; spalling in the ring and setting casting; a primary stone prong setting not soldered in place and a thin foil layer appearance noting inferior white gold process. I wish I could post pics as they speak for themselves. I feel Allurez got vindictive w/ me and falsely claimed to BBB issue has been resolved. Check SiteJabber for pics.
Oct 2022 Update: Still living this nightmare! Already replaced the ring from a very reputable local jeweler who has provided me what I expected from Allurez. Did I say I also filed a complaint with FTC? Well I did and I hope they see a trend of such reports and they go after this front for internet crime. Currently working with The Jewelers Vigilance Committee and hoping the can facilitate a refund. If this doesn't work, it looks like I'm taking them to court.
Apr 2023 Update: Looks like JVC was able to facilitate an agreement whereas Allurez owner is willing to move forward. I have incurred expenses to protect my own interests but appears I may retrieve most of my money. Lesson learned. I will offer this on my experience with major jewelry purchases online...this effort was a complete failure but my previous purchase through Brilliant Earth and Shane Co. were amazing! Also, a shoutout to Mervis Diamonds of Tysons for saving my engagement ring needs with a spectacular ring exceeding all expectations!

I didn’t receive any shipping updates. I had to call and got all sorts of misinformation. Took longer to get here than anticipated.

I just received my 3rd order from Allurez. Super happy with the necklace as well as their service. Thank you again Allurez!

After doing lots of research on different jewelry companies I decided to give Allurez a try. I bought an anniversary ring for my wife and could not be happier. The ring looks even better in person and is half the price than similar rings from other stones. My wife loves me even more now

Allurez did a fantastic job on my 50th anniversary custom 5 stone diamond ring that my husband ordered. We had gone to jewelry stores before finding Allurez on line. The savings were too great to ignore so he decided to try it. The ring arrived a little late but his consultant Rena took care of it. The ring exceeded all expectations. The stones are gorgeous and the setting the highest quality. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Allurez and will buy again.
