My bank already wrote off the payment…
My bank already wrote off the payment but on their end the order is not complete yet and must still (meaning again) be paid for. They have no contact information shown on their website (at least I can't find it), I think that is not allowed onder EU legisation. I used the blind form, but I didn't even get a e-mail notification that it arrived and when to expect a reply. Even their server is down now so I can't even find my order number back. Very messy!!!!!

SCAMMERS. I bought an electric bike on the website of Alltricks almost 1 month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The customer service is refusing to issue a refund, claiming that they are carrying out an investigation to locate the bike. I'm taking the matter to the consumer protection authorities.

Refund never received: carefully read all negative reviews before orderinng
On September 24, 2024, I placed an order and immediately requested its cancellation. Although the order had not been sent yet, the company did not cancel it but instead asked me to refuse delivery. Which is exactly what I did. After almost six weeks, I have not received my money back. Customer service has ignored my emails for days. This behaviour is grossly unprofessional. I should have read more carefully the negative reviews. Losing so much time and energy to recover my money, this is unacceptable, this is not how a serious company is treating their clients.
