I’m utterly disappointed with my experience with Alltrick.com. I ordered something rather expensive for my son, and it hasn’t turned up. What’s worse, the tracking number they gave me is completely useless – no way to know where the parcel is or when it might arrive, if at all.

To make matters worse, their customer support is practically non-existent. I’ve tried to get in touch to find out what’s going on, but there’s no proper help or any real update. My lad is heartbroken, and I’m left feeling completely frustrated, unsure if I’ll ever see the parcel or my money again.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Alltrick.com, think twice. This has been a dreadful experience, and for such an expensive item, the lack of care and support is shocking. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again. It’s not how things should be done.

I ordered a BMC 257 One bike recently from AllTricks (France). I found the bike’s seat too high for me when lowered to its minimum. I decided to saw a stub of 15 mm off the seatpost, but it felt still a bit too high for me.

I contacted the local importer, who advised to look inside the seat tube. I found a circular burr at 21 cm from the top of the frame tube. The burr blocks the seat post totally, and cannot be squished off by the post. Due to this casting flaw I cannot lower the seat to suitable hight.

I contacted AllTricks about the issue, and the seller refused to replace the bike due to the shortened seatpost.

I tried to buff out the casting defect, but haven’t managed to remove it totally. The seatpost still rams into the circular burr.

I paid 1.499 euros for the bike, that was faulty from the very beginning. I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

Great website, fast shipping and lots of in stock items.

Prices are often good which is the most important thing. Shipping is fast. On some occasions the products have arrived a bit beat up, mainly due to lack of proper packaging.

I have contacted Alltricks four times over a kneepad I purchased that is defective. To date no one has responded to my queries. Their customer care leaves alot to be desired. I certainly will not be using them ever again.

Super fast delivery to denmark

Alltricks is a well organized SCAM!! They are laughing at all of us with their name "All" "Tricks". You order an expensive bike, and it never comes, and you never get your money back. How is Visa / Mastercard still allowing them to process Credit Cards, and where is the French Government to step in and put these scammers out of business? Call your bank immediately if you purchased something from them. Call the French Better Business Bureau. And this other company Geodis they "use" for shipping, its like the French organized crime...ridiculous.

All went well, received credit for returned item ok. Goods were what I was looking for.

Hi nothing wrong with the product I bought but I’m having a warranty issue with my Di2 which you refuse to contact me about I’ve been fobbed off now since the 8th of August saying your busy meanwhile I can’t ride my bike so going forward I won’t be purchasing from you again

Everything was great except the fact that you sent a parcel to a billing adress even i noted that billing and delivery adress are not the same and tahat caused me a lot of complications

Purchased products are great, the delivery quite fast however, DPD did not delivered to the requested pickup place.

It is a shame to pay for the return for an order of two pairs of shoes for 200 euros. I have always taken the 40, the shoes bought from you fit me small. So I immediately requested a return and immediately bought two more pairs. And the return is subject to a fee. Only French people make returns for a fee. Shame.
