All Time Design is a SCAM
All Time Design is a scam! While you’re actively working with them, everything seems fine (although their “senior” graphic designer didn’t meet our expectations, and we had to submit a lot of detailed feedback before getting anything acceptable). But the moment you try to cancel, they don't to let you do it yourself - you must ask the project manager to cancel for you, and you can’t remove your card from their platform! We’ve been chasing them for months now. Fortunately, our card expired a month after we tried to cancel, but we’re still waiting for that one-month refund... Haven't heard from them since then - they won't reply to our emails or texts.

Fast and shiny designs
I have used All Time Design for almost two years. In the past we would use a designer for big projects ( at great expense) and then for small things, such as an internal poster or a Christmas Card, I would spend hours doing it myself. With AllTime and their unlimited package, I just think about what I want, write it down, and a few days letter a design comes back, all nice and shiny ! Of course there may be some amends needed, they do always get it right first time, but generally the process is good.

Company did not deliver and cancelled this service after 5 days. They agreed to refund my acoount instead charged another month. They owe two months refund of 1,400.00 and have not refunded it.

Dishonest Company
I had a terrible experience with this company when I used their services back in 2021-2022*. The quality of the designs varied greatly, and the worst part was trying to cancel the subscription.
There was no option to remove my credit card information from their portal. I had three separate Zoom calls with different company representatives to request cancellation. They assured me it would be done, but they continued to charge me for two more months. I had to contact my bank to block the card to stop the transactions.
To make matters worse, they used my full name on their customer review page with a quote I never agreed to. Their reviews page shows only positive reviews, but if you check Trustpilot, you'll see many horrible experiences similar to mine.
I hope people do their due diligence before working with this company.

I checked my records, and I first engaged in ATD in November 2021 and ended in December 2022 after 2 months of them continuing to charge even after I had called them to ask them to remove my card from the system and send invoices to me.
Not only did they not send any invoices (you will see in other reviews that invoicing is not something they do), but they also continued to charge me for 2 more months, where I ended up having to block my card (you will see this experience repeated in other reviews, so mine is not unique).
The review that was uploaded to their website has not been given consent, and I would like to ask for it to be removed. I have contacted the support team specifically on this and have received no further input, showing that they don't intend to gather genuine reviews.
It will take just reading a couple of the bad reviews to understand how this company is running its business.

After reviewing our records, we found that we provided design services to you from October 2021 until September 2022. Your subscription was canceled in September 2022, and we have no records of providing services beyond this period.
Regarding the quality of the designs, your previous internal reviews indicated satisfaction, including five-star ratings for the creatives we provided. One of these reviews was uploaded to our website with your consent. We are therefore concerned and surprised to see a contrasting perspective in your public review. Had we been informed earlier about any dissatisfaction, our support team would have taken immediate actions such as re-emphasizing your brand guidelines or pairing you with a different designer to meet your expectations.
It is even more disturbing to see your claim that you had to block your card to stop transactions in 2023 when you utilized our service until September 27, 2022, and spoke with our customer support team to cancel your subscription within that same month.
We strive to be transparent by encouraging honest reviews from our customers. We only post reviews we receive with client consent. However, we occasionally find contradicting reviews on third-party platforms, which surprise and concern us. We believe that transparency and honesty are key, and we continuously seek to improve or make changes that align with our customers' expectations.

An Unscrupulous Company with Mediocre Graphic Design Services
TLDR:
- Long turnaround times
- Terrible customer service and communication
- Mediocre graphic design output
- Shady cancellation practices
We engaged All Time Design in early 2023 and worked with them for a few months before realizing their model didn't work for us. Turnaround times for even basic projects were long due to the time difference (they are based in Asia and don't work on US hours). In addition, it took their designers a long time to get up to speed on our branding which required a lot of back and forth, further impacting delivery timelines.
In August I sent All Time Design four cancellation requests befoe finally receiving a response from customer service asking me for a call to discuss. I provided feedback in writing and asked again for them to confirm cancellation. They went silent. In total, I sent FIVE emails confirming cancellation and considered it done.
In March of 2023, I received an anonymous tip via our website contact form informing me that All Time had been engaging in fraudulent activity and that I should look at my credit card accounts to check whether All Time had continued charging me after canceling their service. Apparently, they have built a policy into their terms and conditions that unless you have a physical phone call with them to cancel, they will continue charging your account. Mind you, there is no phone number to call and you have to rely on customer service responding to your emails, which they never do. They also never attempt to contact you to let you know of this policy. This is completely unscrupulous.
So bottom line, as a small business, working with All Time has been one of my biggest regrets and I WHOLEHEARTEDLY beg anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. It's not worth the frustration and it enfuriates me that a company like this is able to continue operating and bilking clients.

During this period, we were informed that you had raised a dispute with your card company while still utilizing our services and receiving the final files. It is concerning that despite signing up in February 2023, you mentioned receiving an anonymous tip in March 2023 to check your credit card accounts. We have provided all relevant proofs to the card company regarding this dispute to ensure they could make an informed decision.
Regarding your comment about the designs being "mediocre," your previous reviews indicated satisfaction with the creatives we provided. Terrible - avoid
My experience with this graphic design agency has been terrible.
Despite cancelling their services in line with their terms and conditions, we've been dealing with ongoing billing issues for almost THREE MONTHS now, trying to secure a refund.
Invoices are absent from our account, leading to repeated requests from my finance team and completely avoidable disruption to our operations.
Communication with their support team has proven challenging, with emails requiring repeated requests.
The situation escalated to the point where we felt it necessary to involve our lawyer.
Avoid this business unless you're in the mood for a giant headache, particularly if you’re a larger business and don’t have time to play games with their support team.

Having considered the reviews I notice immediately that this company only responds to positive reviews and simply ignores the bad ones! That is a warning in itself. I also note that them debiting our company's account after termination of services and then not paying it back is a standard practice of theirs. They also, bizarrely, do not present invoices for their services! I would recommend to everyone and anyone that you DO NOT ENGAGE this company as they are thieves or they are grossly incompetent.
