Once ordered on the Discount Plan, you cannot cancel the plan or order. But you can pay remaining balance and stop the payment plan at anytime. Remaining balance would range from $3.93 (if you had 1 payment remaining) to maximum $23.58 (if you had 6 payments remaining).
Or Once the 6 payments of $3.93 are done, your account will automatically be closed and no more charges applied.

I placed an order on 8/8, today is 9/21. I haven't received the order; they aren't responding to emails; there is no phone number. When I try tracking the order it claims to be sent by USPS. USPS has no record of the shipment.

I got scammed. Cancelled my card. Contacted them. Do not purchase from them. Never received product.

Made an order on the 2nd and now it's the 20th still haven't gotten it..."still being processed" I could of ordered it else where when I emailed them for my refund they haven't gotten back to me. Horrible company...don't even have a customer service line

Made a purchase back in august, never recieved the product & kept recurring charges to my debit card. I had to file a dispute with my bank & shut down my account. Really disappointed with this "company."

They have hidden fees and recurring charges. And, if you don't pay the recurring charges, they threaten you with debt collectors. Ridiculous. We need to have a government agency look into this practice. It has to be illegal.

Ridiculous! Every email you send has a auto reply! No human ever answers and there is no phone number! I ordered my products August 4 and still nothing except auto reply’s to my emails! I feel like every email is just me banging my head into a wall! Canceling with the credit card company today and reporting them to the BBB...which is crazy because I can’t believe they can even be in the same category as the word “company”.

They ship from China and it takes forever!! The products are cheesy and CHEAP! They will not refund your money and so your last resort is to contact your credit card company.

Misleading to customer, regarding price. Shows items are $10 dollars and then start charging you $3.93 for the payment plan. This was not my understanding nor what I was looking for.

Same as everyone, thought I was paying the sale price only to find out they were scamming me into paying the full price by placing me on the discount payment plan. But no where on my receipt does it say discount payment plan!!! And how would I know if I had a balance with them if they don't reveal that info on my order receipt?! Its been over a month that i placed and order from your wed site my account have been charged but i have not received any delivery

Just like everyone else, my card was charged almost $100 for misc fees and of course the original bra and eyelashes I thought I was ordering, but never received AND there is no way to contact them to get a refund or anything. SO, my suggestion to anyone else having been scammed by this fraudulent site is to call your bank and have your bank/credit card # changed to prevent future unauthorized charges. SO FAR THEY HAVE CHARGED FRAUDULENT FEES ON MY CARD 2 TIMES. THE INTERNATIONAL FEE WERE ALREADY PAID FOR THE DAY YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Placed an order and it was shipped over a month ago. Only way to contact them is via email and they won't return an email. My item was never delivered. This company is a scam! Don't waste your money!
