Unable to get in contact with any customer service. E-mailed over 3 times with no response. Never received product, but they charged my card twice.

Scam, they keep charging my credit card for 2 items I purchased over 3 months ago. I have emailed them several times with no response. I just want my money back.

They charge you every month! I've been charged three times for one terrible product. DO NOT PURCHASE! SCAM!

After seeing this ad on FB I ordered the magnetic eyelashes and then was asked if I'd like to order the push-up bra so of course, I DID! that was well over three weeks ago. Every time I try to track my order it says that the site isn't working and I went to their website and there isn't anything on there to contact them! I can't believe I was scammed! How is it they can advertise like this on FB?!?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PRODUCT!

This is a scam!!! You guys should check your credit card transection often!!
I just found out they took $3.93 USD twice using different names since I ordered!

I too pd for a large order that has not arrived and its been over 3 months. I have tried to email several times with no response. There is no phone to contact nor any customer service info online. DO NOT ORDER Cynthia Fluitt I need a response.

If I can give them no stores I would totally suck they stole my money and there’s no way to contact them! I placed an order paid for my item and have never ever received it and it’s like pulling teeth to contact them so be aware it’s a scam don’t order from them!

Haven't been able to contact them over an order that's well over a month old. I've tracked the product and it hasn't moved any. This company needs to be shut down

I placed an order with this company on Aug 6, 2017 and paid the full amount that was due for the product. They emailed me on Aug 11, 2017 to say my shipment was on it's way. Then on Aug 26th, I noticed a charge on my credit card for a "recurring charge" from this company for another payment for my order. I emailed them about this extra charge and to also let them know I never received my order. They emailed back that the amount I originally paid was just a partial payment and I had to pay another 6 payments along with a threatening notice that if I don't pay these 6 extra payment that they will take legal action. Nowhere in the process of my order did it say anything about paying this extra amount, or I would never have ordered the product. I contacted my credit card company to stop any payments to this company, so what do they do? They change the name they use to charge my card again. Three times they did this. My contact with them has gotten nowhere, and it's now Oct 11 and still no product and no resolve.

I am completely disappointed as a consumer. I placed an order August 7, 2017, and two days later received and email that my shipment was on the way. After 3 weeks of nothing arriving, I emailed the company, to which I got no reply. Here it is October 10, 2017 - no product, no refund, no reply. Absolutely ridiculous. They have my money, and I have NOTHING...

It's not cool that Facebook allow scam pages on their site. I ordered months ago no product, no respond from them, they removed their page and no refund

Never sent my order. No phone number. E-mailed them 3 times and they never responded. How do I get them to send my order or refund my money.What a ripoff.

I can only echo what everyone else has said. This company absolutely has fraudulent practices. They charged me an amount that was higher than what my checkout price was by adding on an additional charge to the receipt after I confirmed my purchase. While that is clearly illegal and annoying, I allowed that charge to go through on my credit card. Since receiving my items (for which I guess I should be thankful as most people actually didn't receive what they ordered) I've seen several charges on my credit card for $3.93. It is explained on their website that basically any purchase from them is a subscription. I'll be having my lawyers look into this. Don't let their language intimidate you. They cannot collect a debt that you do not owe for a service to which you never agreed. Report them. Save others from this scam.

RIP OFF!!! I've ordered an item from this and noticed that everytime i checked my bank account they charged £3 or so and sterling fee. I can't understand where this is coming from. When i computed it, I was already charged almost £25 for a £13 purchase. DO NOT BLOODY ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

This site is a RIP OFF !!! DO NOT ORDER from them... They do not let you know that after you order .. you will be billed automatically 3.93 for 6 or more payments.#@$& LISTEN LEARNED, Everybody READ the fine PRINT. If the price is too GOOD to be TRUE, there's a catch !! I really HATE when a site does this.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM from this SITE AGAIN..
