order never arrived - company no response
I have ordered a tennis racket, the email confirmation shows that it will get delivered on 17 March. But it's 27 March and still no news or updates from them or Fedex. The company doesn't respond to my emails and can not be reached on their phone number. I feel I have been scammed by them. Really disappointed

We’re sorry to hear that FedEx was unable to deliver your parcel. Our records show that the order was dispatched successfully and tracking is available to confirm this.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a full refund for your order. The funds should now be back in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Scratched tennis racket frame
Ordered a tennis racket but it arrived with a scratched frame. I emailed and then had to call three days later, when I was told it would be dealt with the same day.
The next day I received a reply with a DPD return label, and after dropping it off, a replacement was sent quickly at no extra cost. Could've been handled quicker but happy with the outcome.

Poor customer service
My Padel shoes arrived quickly However they are too small and I needed a returns label. 2 emails sent no reply and have phoned a number of times no one answers. Very disappointing.

10 MORE DAYS OF SILENCE
It has now been another 10 days from my previous review & I am still awaiting an outcome on my missing item.
This is by far the worst possible company i have ever dealt with and am now going through my bank to claim a refund.
Shocking.
