Beautiful product delivered very fast. Excellent customer service, when I had product queries I was even sent detailed photos of the stock they have.

Unfortunately,I was originally going to write an extremely negative review (2stars) as I ordered a Terry miffy 33cm plushie and I paid for the only delivery option available- express delivery, however the package arrived in my area after 14-15days when it should have arrived 7 days prior. And on top of that, i barely received any updates regarding my package and when it did, it stated that it attempted to deliver my parcel to my house but I wasn’t there to answer the door (apparently. Though,I was home waiting for it the whole day) I rescheduled the delivery for the next day, however It did not arrive and so I waited another day. I received a letter in the post that instead of it delivering to my house I had to pick it up from my local delivery service as apparently I didn’t pay the full delivery fee and so I had to pay an additional £3.30 to receive my package.

I have to agree, I was extremely upset however after emailing the business about my enquiry, they were so sweet and I realised the issue wasn’t solely the business but also Royal Mail (the delivery service) they reassured me that they have no clue why that had happened and on top of all that, they kindly refunded me my £3.30.

Overall the plushie itself is perfect, there is nothing wrong with it, and a cute miffy plushie is a cute miffy plushie, I am extremeeelyy happy with the product itself, it is exactly as described and they even cutely wrote a handwritten thank you card, which warmed my heart further. despite the negativity I wrote previously, I would 10000% actually repurchase and support this business again in the future
I also highly recommend anyone to order from this small business, however if your package arrives later like mine, don’t forget to email them, because they are extremely sweet and, the business can assist you further.

Order arrived quickly with a lovely handwritten note inside. The toy was quite about 10 pound cheaper than other websites so i was very happy. I would definitely use them again.

Both dolls I received had bold patches and hair strands coming out. Won’t be purchasing again unfortunately
