What a complete scam
What a complete scam . Like other users thought I was subscribing , in this case , to Gumtree . No reply to email , impossible to get through to cancel .
Shame on companies that permit this to appear anywhere near their website .
My suggestion is , if you find yourself in this situation all your credit card / debit card company to cancel your card and start a new account .
I would give no stars
I would give no stars. I have just had the payment details switch to this from a company called CD Keys where I was making a payment. It was too late when I realised what had happened. I have emailed them to tell them what happened and I have cancelled my debit card. This is deceit and fraud.
Like other accidental subscribers to…
Like other accidental subscribers to Alltainment I thought I was paying for another service, in this case parking. I phoned the number my bank gave me and a lady cancelled my subscription without trying to get me to stay, she actually mentioned subscribing in error! But it’s still£24.99 down the drain. Funnily enough t the amount only appeared after the 5 day free trial ended without me even knowing about it.
Reading previous reviews is exactly…
Reading previous reviews is exactly what happened to me too - I was needing to download a parking app, whilst in a car park in the centre of birmingham, I registered on what I thought was the car park app, ringo. I then realised, that I still hadnt got the right app and had to do it all over again to get my car parking registered on the correct app. I then tried finding what on earth I had just registered on, it seemed to have disappeared, until I noticed I had a payment taken from my account. I never received any email, nor did I see anything that told me I was now on a trial. It took me some time to find out who had taken this. However, when I did get through to the customer service, I explained and told them I wanted it cancelled and a refund, which was promised. I then did receive an email to confirm the cancellation and was told I will receive the refund within 30 days, which is extremely a long time. Shocking that such a sneeky way to obtain money and relying on people not noticing money coming out of their accounts is allowed to pop up over a legitimate app dowload, that in my case located through the app store! In their favour my refund was received the next day.

Totally rubbish company.bunch of robbing so and so. Ad was misleading and they stole money from my account.i have emailed this so called company and others they trade under .never got back purely scam artists.please stay away .don't fall for there ad.. totally crap service..
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, an ad made to look like an option to download a parking app.
Do not trust.
Misleading and sneaky
This pop up came up with a continue button which replaced the one on the website I was trying to join. When you click on the continue it categorically states no money would be taken yet it immediately tried to take 24.99 from my bank. I managed to cancel the request but this sit pops up in others you are using and then misleads the purchaser. I thought I was subscribing to the craft site I was actually on.
Terrible customer service making it as difficult as possible to cancel membership
I was in the process of installing a new app on my phone when a page popped up with an offer for a free 5 day trial - this was a blank page with NO indication of what it was for so I assumed it was for the app I was installing. I decided to go for it, AT NO POINT during the sign up process did it say it was for this company, until I received a confirmation email. When I realised my error I immediately went to their website to cancel. Surprise - you can only cancel by emailing or phoning them direct. They are only open Mon-Fri 9-5 - well that’s also when I’m at work, as well as being hard of hearing, so a phone call was out of the question. I emailed asking to cancel and explaining why. I received an automated acknowledgment email saying they would respond within ONE working day. Didn’t happen. 2 days went by so I emailed again, same automated reply. Nothing happened - 5 days went by and they took the money from my card. I emailed again. It took a whole week for them to respond. They have now cancelled my membership and are refunding the money, after a very patronising email ‘explaining’ to me how their free trial works.
I have no idea what this website does or what service it provides but from a customer service perspective they are appalling.
