I had a very disappointing experience with AllSpins.

After completing the full wagering requirements of a welcome bonus (x50), strictly following all stated bonus terms, my withdrawal of €500 was suddenly cancelled and €492.16 was voided.

The reason provided by support was vague and referred to “hiding, delaying or diverting deposits through sports bets.” However, after carefully reviewing both the general Terms & Conditions and the specific bonus terms, I could not find any clear rule that prohibits placing sports bets while wagering a casino bonus.

What makes this situation even worse is that the platform itself allowed me to:
• place sports bets,
• access casino games at the same time,
• and continue wagering without any restriction or warning.

If such behavior was truly forbidden, it should have been clearly stated and technically restricted. Instead, I was allowed to continue and only after winning were my funds confiscated.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. Players should not be penalized for actions that are neither clearly prohibited nor technically prevented.

I have requested a detailed explanation and evidence of the alleged violation, but so far only received generic responses.

Until this issue is resolved, I strongly advise other players to be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, this casino may void winnings using unclear or undefined rules.

You can make a depo on thousands of dollars, but when u win something or wanna cashout, its impossible.

I joined through a survey site to get Free points which didn't work. But I thought I'll give them a try. I did 2 deposit played for a while won a bit lost a bit, but then thought I'll try withdrawal to make sure it's legit did £20 no problem. So did 3rd deposit offers and won a bit lost a bit so tried a £55 withdrawal they asked for kyc which I provided and got passed and it's still pending? That was about 2 weeks ago. I withdrawal money and they appeared with kyc.. asking me to verify for a second time in couple of weeks.. but i though sure.. then it started weird questions... how many years do you live in the UK.. then got email saying Selfies with your ID document in hand against the background of the relevant project which got no idea what they want and seen a picture for example.. which i did by the way after i seen and still sended me same email for the 5th time saying same thing then i emailed the what do you want?? Just explain is your job to explain and sort that out but nooo ignoring emails.. 500€ is in there and you know 100% i can forget about them.. and they doing in a way for you to stress as much as you can.. at least i have all the crazy emails they sended

Typical scammers, as long as you deposited they take it but when it's time to pay they take a billion year for kyc, ask for more documents etc etc, juste don't waste your money on there you'll see none of it back ever.

biggest scam ever spent 700 pounds and not even a single pay...run guys run run run. they let you deposit with no problem but when i wanted to get my last 100 out and they started the million step verification.... jokers

Still waiting with 3 pending withdrawals at the moment. The longest one has been pending for nearly a month, it was requested on the 25th of March! Every time I ask the support email, they just tell me wait some more time, not helpful at all.
