I still see an attempt to debit my account. I have more balance reason why I was not debited.

I will request a bank statement and screenshots of our exchanges to redo a notice.

Rated 5 stars as I was told to before they would issue my refund.

Had an issue, has taken them a while but actually they have promised to resolve the issue fully once I leave a 4 or 5 star review, which is a relief and all kudos to them for listening and responding.
However I was signed up without agreeing to anything and money taken from my account without permission.
Big scam.
I bombarded their helpline and have had a refund now.

SCAM & FRAUDULENT COMPANY-AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they initially debited my bank card £9.99 & next day £48.30. I have never heard of this company let alone signed up for a membership which takes £48.30 every 14 days till cancelled. Bank cant do anything till pending payment goes through, had to cancel my card as well to prevent further transactions. Googled company & Tried calling them & on hold over 20 mins so went on there online chat & was advised id signed up to membership through an item i purchased off facebook!! They assured me cancelled membership & will take 7-10 days to refund me.
