Breach of guidelines
Out of hours!
On a pre- Bank holiday day, and late in the afternoon, my problem was swiftly and very professionally dealt with. The High street was not available, and sadly I had managed to get my kitchen- door key stuck in the lock and so left the door not able to close properly, and and also insecure. Fortunately I was inside, not outside the house, as it was 2C.
I was advised as to who would arrive to do the work, and when. The workman phoned before arrival. Thank you all.

Requested locksmith
Requested locksmith, they arrived 30mins later, replaced lock, all completed in a total of 1 hour. Cost was very reasonable. Great service will definately use service again and would highly recommend.

Blocked kitchen sink
My kitchen sink was completely blocked for 3 days. I called them in the morning and Omar awkins was in my place at 1pm. He tried everything in his tool belt to make the sink work and gave me instructions about what to do next. I definitely recommend their service. Very friendly and attentive.

I needed EICR urgently
I needed EICR urgently before Christmas and response was fast and rates were very reasonable. Service and professional advice were excellent. I will definitely use again and would always recommend.

Unnecessary delays, atrocious service
This company was contracted to repair my boiler by Hometree insurance.
I took a morning off work to be in for the engineer. He never showed up. I eventually called them - after some time the phone was picked up by a very curt woman who said she was transferring me to another department, but the call simply went to voicemail. Eventually Hometree contacted them and were told the engineer was unwell - apparently no one had thought to notify me.
The appointment was re-arranged for the next day. I again took a morning off work, waited four hours, and again no one was showed up during the appointed window. When the engineer eventually arrived - 45 minutes late - he made no reference to that fact, generally acted as if he was doing me a favour by looking at the boiler, and immediately began shilling for me to hire him privately.
All Services 4U then incorrectly filed a report with Hometree stating (incorrectly) that the boiler had been repaired. Despite this having come to light within 24 hours of the engineer attending the flat, they took a futher two days to provide Hometree with a corrected report. During this time, I was unable to do anything to progress my insurance claim.
It’s Jan 12, and the coldest week of the year. My wife, our toddler and I are in a freezing flat and our ability to address this situation has been set back considerably by the incompetence and carelessness of All Services 4U. They also provide atrocious customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

Jayden and Shaun attended out of hours within an hour when I could not lock my front door. They fitted a temporary lock whilst a replacement part was ordered. New fully working lock fitted within 48 hours. Great service and fair price too.

LOCKSMITH LOOTING
I had a faulty rear exterior door lock which jeopardised security. I have no complaint about promptness, but have severe qualms about price and quality of work by Dan the visiting locksmith. I had no idea of price of supplied part which was in excess of £175 (same part was £30 on the internet). Labour was £144 for approx 1 hr..Total price £320. My door was a upvc 5 point multi latch before repair. When I checked the door after Dan departed I found he had removed the top and bottom latch guides leaving my door with just 3 latches and had fitted the new gearbox without lubricating any of the mechanism.
I rescued and replaced the latch guides myself and lubricated all the latches with
lithium grease. I FEEL ABSOLUTELY FLEECED BY THIS COMPANY AND CONSIDER IT LARGE ON PRICE AND VERY SMALL ON EXPERTISE.
BUYERS OF THEIR SERVICE BEWARE OR EVEN BETTER JUST STEER CLEAR !!!
