AVOID THIS COMPANY's PRODUCTS.
Purchased a foldable 100w solar panel off the Allpowers Ebay store. Thought it was all ok until I purchased a different branded powerstation where I could measure the input from the solar panel. I have not been able to get more than 51w (direct sun just after midday). Reached out to Allpowers . Offered me a $50 compensation (have paid over $140 all up after purchasing a different input cord as per their advice).
Solar panel advertising 100w is a joke. Terrible customer service. Avoiding all responsibility.
Avoid this company at all costs. I'm now heading to ACCC to resolve.

Purchased AP R600 10 months ago.

Did have what I would call a minor issue, in that one USB-C outlet stoped working.
The process of claiming warranty is not easy. They only respond via e-mail and you deal with Chinese people in China but that only exemplifies issues with communication with a bit of a language barrier. They insist on a Video and any form of detailed description is ignored.
Once they acknowledged a problem in my case, they ask address is still the same and when confirmed they send shipping label within 48hrs. Once label received it was simply package unit for transit and deliver to nearest post office, show label and all is good with no cost to me. Once received they shipped a new unit to me, once again at no cost and the whole process took 3 weeks.

So other than being without my unit for 3 weeks and the large number of email exchanges the whole warranty claim was satisfactory, unlike what many people shit-caning Allpowers.

Would I buy again-Yes
Allpowers may not be the best brand but paying 2 or even 3 times the price for well known brand one is not within my budget so Bang for Buck I'm happy.

I concur with the negative responses and would like to add my bad experience with this 'dodgy business.

Foremost, be very careful. Your purchase monies is easily 'lost' ,which they can use, in my case over 3 weeks before I was issued a refund (many emails I sent).

Their online product description always tempting, such as, you get a big product discount, rapid delivery and excellent customer service.

Well no, no and no. Customer service is non- responsive, your purchase is not sent and the 'fabulous' discount is just a rort.

I purchased an ALLPOWERS power station which failed after only a few months of normal use. The unit began randomly shutting off without warning. This made the product unreliable and raised serious safety concerns about continuing to operate it in my home. I was so concerned it was going to start a fire I had to return it.

I returned the unit under warranty as a faulty product. ALLPOWERS received the device and have now had it in their possession for months.

After the product failed so early, I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law. That refund was not provided. My device has also not been returned. The matter remains unresolved after months.

ALLPOWERS is a China-based company, with its contact details and headquarters listed in Guangzhou, China, while its Australian site appears to direct customers to email-based support rather than an Australian phone support channel.

This China-based company has not provided an acceptable remedy for an Australian consumer when its product failed early. There is no Australian contact centre I could access, no Australian phone support, and no resolution despite them still holding my device.

Australian buyers should be very cautious. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought a powerbank and a solar panel. The powerbank came but the solar panel never arrived. Allpower blamed the courier, the courier blamed Allpower. Absolutely no support from Allpower at all, wouldn't refund, wouldn't send me another. Courier told me to take it up with Allpower. I am a few hundred dollars down. Dreadful. Avoid.

I'm so disappointed- Allpowers trading as Henison-AU on Amazon (have exactly same address on invoice as Allpowers direct) replaced an R2500 less than 6 months after purchase last year becasue USBC outlets stopped functioning. I bought a B1000 expansion battery March 25 - on the basis it expands capacity of R2500 (as per Allpowers AU and USA websites) from Allpowers AU - emailed Allpoer support and service as well as Henison-AU via Amazon Yesterday Henison-AU/Amazon/Allpowers told me B1000 does NOT work with R2500, and they have asked their Alpowers team to update websites/support - yet they still are selling a R2500-B1000 Combo, and offered be a $50 discount. I want a refund for the B1000 as it is virtually useless by itself. Allpowers have stopped responding to emails. I just wish I had tested after I bought B1000, but because I saw multiple youtube reviews of R2500 and B1000 working together, and also owning multiple VTOMAN and VoltX power stations (cycling them to keep batteries in good health). I would have done an Amex chargeback - I may still do this if it is possible as well as contact ACCC. I actually sent all email asking why they produce an Expansion Battery which does NOT work with their power stations - what a joke! Naturally they haven't responded Checkout ALLPOWERS AU website! Still on sale!
Also if you post anything on their Facebook pages Worldwide, they remove it is it is true and honest and event slightly negative

Purchased an R600 Power Station from Allpowers Store Ebay in July. All went well.

Then I purchased a Solar Panel, Cable & solar adapter plug from Allpowers.com.au.

Plugged them in & the R600 charged at 85%. So far so good.

The next day it charged at 10%.

The Day after it charged at 1% for a week.

Then it refused to charge at all.

Ebay messaging sent about the problem get blocking/stalling answers & they refuse to give return/contact details.

They constantly ask for video proof of the exact fault.

You can't send video via Ebay messaging & the Official eMail server refuses video more than 5MB. A 5 second video is 6MB.

All messages over a 2 month period sent to the Official eMail go unanswered.

I have since purchased an EcoFlow River 2. Plugged in the Solar & it charges at 85% & has done so for nearly a month.

Life Lesson Learned: Buy an EcoFlow & avoid losing Nearly $300.00 AUD by dealing with AllPowers.
