The only Pet Crem we would use.
We first found All Pets At Peace when in the hands of Brian. It was the only crem we could find that could offer same day cremation, also the only crem willing to let us look around and ask any questions etc and we are delighted that since change of ownership to Peter and Rachel that nothing has changed. Most recently we brought our beautiful Rosie. From calling on the evening we lost her, she was booked in for the following morning and back home with us by noon the same day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Exceptional service from first contact with Rachel through to taking my amazing boy home. If you want the best for your loved pet, at what is an unbelievably difficult time, please go to All Pets At Peace. The kindness and respect shown were beyond compare and the surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. Peter met us on arrival and from that point on was compassionate, respectful and extremely professional; he made the experience the best it could be in the circumstances. Peter explained absolutely everything throughout and when he wasn’t tending to my amazing and beautiful Labrador, Ollie, he stayed with us in the family room and we shared some lovely pet memories. The fact that we could wait for Ollie was amazing, we were right there with him until it was time to take him home. I have had many pets cremated before but this is the first time at All Pets at Peace, and the first time I’ve been able to stay throughout and feel completely comfortable that my boy is back with me, 100%. My heartfelt thanks to Peter and Rachel, you are both obviously extremely caring people and you provide an amazing service, I wish I’d known about you many years ago. When we arrived at All Pets at Peace to say a final goodbye to our beautiful Labrador Peter was there to gently greet us and guide us. There was a rainbow over the pond which lit up the garden and it was the perfect place to say our goodbyes. Both Peter and Rachel treated us with kindness and compassion and we were very impressed by the whole service. We would highly recommend All Pets at Peace.

We have no hesitation in recommending All Pets at Peace, on a Saturday lunchtime we messaged to enquire about the service they offer, they replied quickly and were able to arrange a time later that day, on arrival you immediately notice the location is peaceful and quiet, Peter met us and the service given throughout was second to none. He talked us through everything and put us at ease, it helped that we were able to wait, and were able to chat about all things pets... We would all like to thank him for the friendly and professional service offered us... And for looking after our much missed and treasured Milo.

I booked our appointment with Tom over the phone and had a lovely chat about our little boy who was coming to them. He was super friendly offering different available times and talked me through the process. On the day Peter, met us at the door and was supportive and considerate of our grief. He also explained the process and time scales of the cremation so we were able to leave and come back to collect our boy the same day. The scatter tubes are a lovely touch and the bag with a lock of hair and the poem were unexpected but so appreciated. Thank you again for making a very painful day alot easier on us.

What a wonderful send off my ollie had, Peter put me totally at ease and was wonderful throughout, the poem was very heartfelt and everything was very sincere and perfect for us.

The team at all pets at peace catered perfectly for our labrador Bonnie immediately after we had her put down. They were respectful and gave us the control and choices over how everything was done.

After 15 wonderful years with our beloved Alfie, saying goodbye was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. We took him to All Pets at Peace, and from the moment we arrived, Peter made an unbearable day feel a little more gentle.

We were given time with Alfie in a private room, which meant so much to us as a family. Peter spoke with us throughout, listening with genuine care as we shared stories about Alfie. He opened up about his own experiences with pet loss, and it was clear he truly understands the grieving process. His kindness, empathy, and calm presence gave us both closure and comfort when we needed it most.

We were able to stay while Alfie’s cremation was completed and take his ashes home the same day. Choosing our own urns and asking for Alfie’s ashes to be split was no trouble at all—Peter handled everything with respect and compassion.

When the time inevitably comes for our other four-legged family members, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to Peter. Thank you, Peter, for giving Alfie a dignified and peaceful farewell, and for supporting us through one of life’s hardest moments.

Had a late visit to Peter this evening, my mum and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Peter was very comforting and friendly and helped put a smile on our faces. The little gift bag with the poem, laminated name and fur from my pup and the Felix fund discount really helped us both. Such a lovely personal touch for such a sad day. We 100% recommend everyone to use Peter and Rachel. Thank you once again.

What can we say about ALL PETS AT PEACE except amazing, from start to finish the team showed exceptional care, respect and total professional service for our beloved cat “MITZY” who passed away on 12/09/2025 after 14 years of love and fun to us. From delivering her on the Monday and welcomed by Tom who was very sympathetic and talked us through everything to collecting “MITZY’S ashes the following day from Rachel who again was very kind and understanding of our grief, she was a great comfort. The ground’s and surroundings are very peaceful with the pond and waterfalls to the memorial trees all very well kept.
Once again thank you for looking after us and “MITZY”. We could not recommend this team enough and thanks for the surprise of a certificate with a clipping of our pet’s fur.

Took my little furry friend here. They went above and beyond. Beautiful drive there, serene surroundings, orchard fish pond everything there to sit and ponder on such an emotional day. Lovely welcome and they took care of her from the off taking her from me and talking to her utmost respect.

It’s like a human cremation only better.

Family room provided and no crossing paths with other grievers so you don’t have to stress about people being there. You’re the only people there.

Fabulous service and really takes the stress out of the situation and you know you’ve done right by your family member

Not about cost I know but it’s cheaper than the vet service offered and you don’t have the worry of leaving them here you have your time and it’s all done while you’re there if you so wish

Definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back when the time comes.

The people there are fantastic. You’re met on the driveway and everything is very easy considering the circumstances.

If your family members time has come then take them here and give them the send off you’ll be happy with.
They got her in the next day as I’d rang late as unexpected loss.

I can’t say how wonderful this place is

All Pets at Peace made all of our emotions on loosing our best mate Max, their emotions.

This week we lost our best friend, our shadow, our custard cream/yorkshire pudding munching German shepherd. We delivered him and sadly saw him pass at 10 years old.

My husband called All Pets at Peace and arranged for our boys final journey.
We were greeted by Tom, he spoke to Max and stroked him as if he was his own. Peter joined us and offered us a seat in the family room.
We were kept well informed of when we could collect Max and Peter was very accommodating when we said that we couldn’t collect at that time and offered us another time.

Our Max came home today, greeted again by Peter he checked in on us as a family, made sure I would be ok driving home and handed me back our boy, packed carefully with beautiful poem (which made us all cry) and a lovely lock of Max’s hair.

We lost our little dog Coco on 11 August 2025
I called All Pets at Peace and took Coco to them that evening. Peter was very welcoming and let us say our goodbyes with as much time as we needed. He came to check we were ok on several occasions which was lovey. The gardens were lovely with plenty of space to sit. We bought Coco home with us a short while later. I can’t thank Peter and the team enough, you are all very special people.

We took our beloved lexie to pets at peace knowing we would be coming home with just lexie and within the same day, the day was hard enough having to say goodbye to lexie who has been apart of our family for many years, we were made welcome at pets at peace, greeted as we came into the premise with compassion, and lexie was taken with care, dignity and respect. The surroundings is beautiful and sat in the gardens is so peaceful whilst the owners come and speak to you which makes you feel like they care about the familys aswell as the pets who sadly have to go their, your made to feel comfort and supported throughout the process before you can take your beloved pet home. I am so grateful and thankful for pets at peace. Lexie is now home where she belongs.

First time coming with our pet rat Luna, Peter was absolutely fantastic, it’s was such a lovely environment and felt nice being there, had so much time for us and lovely to speak to, the grounds are lovely also. Would 100% recommend x
