Great information, price and service
I've purchased several items from Alloutdoor. On each occasion I've found the product information and reviews excellent. Pricing has been highly competitive, and order communication and delivery faultless.

Poor internal admin resulting in returned faulty goods being sent back to me as a replacement.
I purchased a Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Camper Mattress which had a manufacturing fault so I returned it to All Outdoor. They offered refund or to wait until the next batch came in, which could have been 3 months. I chose to wait.
A couple of weeks later I received a replacement mattress from them only to discover that it was the same one that I returned with the exact same fault.
I again returned the product and opted for a refund.
The customer service was prompt though fairly unapologetic given such a mistake, but the reason for writing this comment is that their internal admin must be very poor if returned faulty goods are being placed back into stock and sent back out to customers.
When I purchase something I expect a new item, not one that somebody else has rejected, doubly so when the item is an expensive one.
Watch out - your expensive purchase may be somebody else's reject.

Great find of a website, suprised there are no reviews yet.
I found this website through cashback site TopCashback, so far they have honoured the cashback deal.
I work outdoors for a living, and also do outdoor sports so I'm always on the lookout for good quality but competitively priced gear.
I was pleased with the sheer range of products in stock, and a guarantee that they are the cheapest price. There was a really good clearance section, and free delivery! The goods turned up faster than I expected them to, and all as described.
Will definitely be using this site again.
