I ordered two chairs and then immediately contacted the support email to ensure they would be delivered by Christmas. They replied courteously explaining dispatch dates etc. I cancelled the order and received a full refund straight away.
Absolute scam store. Purchased 2 occasional chairs, because suspicious when I received an order update that couldn't provide tracking info on delivery, 5 days later, still no tracking or subsequent contact from them. Checked the website, it no longer exists. $250 they have stolen from me.
