I loved the service my starlight iPhone 13 is perfect and works well

I received my order in record time. Bought my phone 3 December 2025 and I received my delivery 10 December 2025 in a very good condition as I had expected. Throughout, I was able to track my parcel while it travelled, and the courier company constantly sent me updates on the parcel until delivery.

Everything was perfect and delivered on time

The device is looking clean as advertised and the courier service was quick and reliable.

I love the phone and was an easy process to order them, with the relevant information to track it. Only disappointing on the delivery dates as I paid to get it delivered in 2 days, it was received almost two weeks. Also did not know it was ordered from overseas and that I would pay Tax and Duties on top of it! As I know it’s a company in South Africa.

All the iPhones I bought were in good condition and I’m happy with all of them. Allo Allo communicates well until the products reaches the buyer. I highly recommend them for their great service.

My phone doesn’t want to start there’s nothing I can do with it

I want it to be returned and exchange it if there’s that option or refund me, I’ve been waiting so long for an item that is not working

I don’t believe how can you make such mistake even the colour of the phone is not the one I picked and you guys didn’t bother to email me for another preference

The phone colour? I ordered white and you got black, the free cable? Didn't get it, the whole delivery was smooth and arrived a bit early the phone works perfectly and doesn't have any stretches or anything
