Josh is the best support employee! He needs a raise
All I know is Jagmot (Josh) is your guys’ best support. My issue involved months of back and forth and he made sure I was taken care of and made sure my issue was resolved. Every single time I asked for an update he replied. You guys need more people like josh because my last 2 support people before him brushed me off. I just want to say thank you to josh for getting my issue resolved.

I've been having good conversations with Jagmot on Discord. He (I think? apologies if misgendering) has been extremely helpful. The setup was also fairly easy to do with a Ledger.
I am feeling fairly good about my experience, though I would like to see more information about security, or ways that Allnodes is secure for its customers.
