We engaged this company to provide a safety certificate of our smoke alarms, as requested by our local building control.
The website was easy to use and we booked a few days in advance because we needed it done quite quickly.
The emailed me immediately asking if we could change our booked time to suit other work they were doing in the area. I don't think it's a problem to ask, but we weren't available. I emailed them back and stated that, politely. That was the last I ever heard from them and that was 8 weeks ago! I've chased a few times and they've just not bothered to respond at all. It looks like a lot of people are happy with their services but if you need to rely on them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

The Electrician went to the wrong property first, not to the property he was supposed to go first. I was kept waiting in the wrong property.
