Great in the end!
When I ordered replacement collector baskets, I thought I was getting the right ones, but when they arrived they did not fit. So I sent an email to ask how I could return these and get the correct ones. Over the course of several days, I sent several emails, a message on their chat on their website, and tried to find out how I could return the wrong ones and get the right ones. I didn’t want to spend money on mailing them back because I knew it would be expensive until I knew exactly where to send them. After several days of no replies, I finally heard from them. But by that time I had given up and had simply ordered a whole new unit for over $100. Then suddenly out of nowhere, the correct sized collectors arrive and I get a message that I should just keep the wrong ones.
Now, all this was very nice of them to do, I was not aware that replacement collectors were being shipped to me, and in the meantime, I had ordered a new unit. Now I don’t really need that new unit, but I don’t want to spend a lot of money shipping it back so I will just keep it.
So in the end I got the right collector baskets, but not before I spent a lot of money getting a brand new one

I Love my stainless steel Alligator
The stainless steel Alligator is of exceptional quality. It's extremely versatile and, thanks to its various inserts, extremely versatile. I only put the plastic lid in the dishwasher. The device itself and the inserts are very easy to clean under running water. It's a good idea to have the Alligator handy in the kitchen. I use it several times a week.

The fact that I could actually purchase…
The fact that I could actually purchase all the necessary parts for my Stainless Alligator. And the price was reasonable, without additional shipping. Shipping was a little delayed as I suspect my small package of the rubber kit was so small, that it got ignored or neglected a few extra days after the projected delivery date.

Great product!
I cook alot and therefore prep alot. The Alligator has cut prep time in half. Onions, potato and garlic, chopping is a snap! Like that the Alligator does not take up too much space, is easy to use, clean and love the box catcher! Thank you for a great product!

Be careful how you ship it. Was charged 69.00
I love your product. Its a great machine and save my team so much time. That is extremely important in a professional kitchen.
Here is where is the problem is. When I ordered it said free shipping. I got an invoice from Fed-X for 69.00 which is double the amount for the replacement parts I ordered. I did not need the express shipment so I was upset when I got charged for the shipping. That is my only big issue. Your product is excellent.

The chopper is just horrendous
The chopper is just horrendous. My wife and I used it on onions and about 1/3 of the onion used got stuck in the chopper. The problem wasn’t about the waste of the onion, it was much more so about now having to spend 15 minutes picking out the onion from the chopper. I had to used a crab pick to get it out. We tried a different size with the chopper but the same issue occurred. What a waste of $200.

The Alligator Chopper includes a specially designed cleaning grid that makes it easy to remove any small pieces that may get stuck on the pusher. If anything gets lodged between the blades, simply rinse the chopper under lukewarm tap water and use a dish brush to clean it gently.
For best results, it's important to use a quick, firm motion when chopping. Pressing down slowly can make the process much harder, while a swift, confident chop helps the blades cut cleanly through the produce and reduces the chance of anything getting stuck.
Hidden shipping/duty/taxes
I was not aware there would be an additional cost for delivery with Fed Ex and was charged another $23 to get my package. Not impressed this should be mentioned that there is duty and taxes on top of original shipping charge.

I like the new design of the bowl
