First time customer
Our order was placed online and shipped timely. I received the time clock. Set up was fairly easy. Time clock was just as described.
I also ordered ink for this machine and another one we have. They came separate and took longer than I had expected.
All in all a very good experience. I will order from this company again.

need keys
I needed to change the ink ribbon on or AT-4500 time clock that my company has had for a few years and could not find the keys anywhere. I googled the time clock model number which brought me to allied time's website, found a contact number, called and spoke with Deanna who was very helpful and is sending us a set of keys.

Perfect Choice Time Clock
This time clock is exactly what we needed. We are a small company and needed a time clock for a couple of employees. Nothing much to do but just plug it and follow couple steps to setup the time and select the right pay period. No need to train my employees on how to use it. this time clock is very easy to use, just drop in the card and it self aligns and prints on the correct spot. I would definitely recommend this.
