Avoid at all costs
Ordered furniture item. I got notification stating I missed delivery and card was left (I wasn't home). When I got home I saw 2 big boxes but no card in mailbox, and assumed the driver decided to leave my order. Then I get a notification 2 days later saying item being returned to sender. This confused me as I already had 2 boxes (didn't realise there was 3). Then I realised there was meant to be 3 boxes. I reached out to them and they claim they only have record of 1 box, which makes no sense as I have 2 sitting infront of me thay they delivered? Anyway.... so driver decided to leave 2 boxes and bring the 3rd back to depot, now the seller is saying I need to foot the re-delivery fee, otherwise I'm left with 2/3 of my furniture item. Customer service said not their problem, that allegedly 2 cards were left (No cards were left anywhere) and there's nothing they can do as they only hold items for 48h before returning them. I am livid...
A bit disorganized
Despite stating that they would not assist in moving our very heavy delivery past the loading dock, the driver actually helped move it into the goods lift and onto our floor of the building. They did also lose our consignment for two days in one of their depots, however they were always courteous on the phone and did follow-up my calls, and they delivered when they said they would.

Delivery driver left a $300 heavy, electrical item in plain sight of a main road and out in the weather.
The delivery company likely wouldn't have taken responsibility should the item have been stolen or got wet but that would have been on the retailer.

-The driver attempted to call me twice, and used initiative to place the item in my back yard, out of street view. Gaining access through a side gate.

Absolutely horrible. Sent an eBay return, picked up by their partner network. Advised it was collected, refused to update the website tracking, eBay almost closed the case but luckily, I raised it with eBay. Ask the case to be escalated as surely they can mark on the website it is at least collected. Never returned my call.

It was a terrible experience for us with Allied express, as we wanted to return an item for Temple and Webster , we took an Annual Leave for a whole day as we been informed and confirmed that 8-6pm for the pick up but no one turned up to pick up the item… I called around 2pm on the 24/04/25 to Temple and Webster and got the number for allied express and when I spoke to someone on the line she said “ oh our driver is at Cromer which is 20 ‘mins from my home, and the consultant said for sure the driver gonna pick up the item but until 6pm / 7pm / 8pm nothing happened..: the item for return still at home waiting for nothing… not even a phone call to let us know that if can’t be on the day or what do ever? It was a such a waste of time for us to took our annual leave… Will never trust this company

asked for a quote on moving our house furniture and belongings from Toowoomba to Brisbane .The gentleman arrived looking very scruffy (not professional).It took him about 5 Min and said he would email the Quote. The price was $8000.00.We only have a 2 bedroom villa 31 cmeters. He quoted for 43 cmeters
I would not recommend this Company to move your possessions They are a rip off. We have since received another quote from a reliable well known company of $5000
My delivery
My delivery, which was meant to arrive at my address in NSW, was split into three boxes. One was somehow sent to Brisbane (yes, a completely different state), and the other two were returned to the depot because the driver “couldn’t deliver” — even though I was home all day waiting. No knock, no call, no delivery attempt.
When I contacted Allied Express, they had absolutely no idea what had happened. Their only solution was to “email the delivery department.” That’s right — emails. No one seemed to take ownership or responsibility. Thank God they don’t have to use actual communication skills or face people in person.
I asked for a redelivery time frame, and they couldn’t give me anything. Just a vague “we don’t know” followed by “talk to the merchant if you’re unhappy.” What kind of customer service is that?
They have one job: deliver packages. And they failed it miserably — not once, but twice on the same delivery. Their excuse? “Mistakes happen.” That’s not a mistake — that’s pure incompetence.
Avoid this company at all costs if you want your parcel to actually arrive where and when it’s supposed to.

I ordered a bed and mattress through Fantastic Furniture, shipped by Allied Express. I took the day off work on the day I had been told to expect the shipment - nothing. I spent hours on hold with both Allied Express and Fantastic sorting it out.
The day it was delivered was a shambles. I had taken another day of work. I live alone, am a small female and on the older side, so I had not given authority to leave. But when 4.30 came and went with no delivery, I rang and was told it had been delivered. There was no knock on the door, the heavy boxes had just been dumped out the back in the rain. I injured myself dragging them in.
Allied Express blames Fantastic, and Fantastic blames Allied Express. I don't care, I will never deal with either of them again. Worst experience with a delivery service.
Not recommended for delivery to Regional areas
Unfortunately I had a package from Amazon sent to Tasmania using Allied Express. It was supposed to be delivered by the beginning of the week, and has been sitting in a depot in Devonport since previous Friday. Yesterday I called the national number to enquire about it and was connected to possibly the most disinterested customer service provider I’ve ever encountered. Had I paid for priority delivery? Not that it matters outside of Sydney or Melbourne. These are some of the comments from this particular operator. She put me on hold to “speak to the depot” and apparently spoke to someone who was supposed to enquire about the package and then contact me. There has been no further contact and all I notice is that the tracking has a cut and paste update of the previous Friday. I would not recommend this service to any online retailer, as it will only cause frustration for your customers and let you down.

I bought a ladder and a shed from Allie Express and I received two small packets of slimy goo. When I reported this they said that items were delivered. They were no help.
