Parcel scanned into detour and after 60 hours sitting there supposedly, two me they didn't know where the parcel is. Only option is, they've delivered it to a wrong address or they've allowed it to be stolen. Either way, incompetence is the only reason for this.

The driver dumped a 37kg box at the main entrance. My apartment is 2 flights of stairs down from there. This had been made clear to them when they received the consignment. Shocking service. I am a 67 years old woman and I live alone, no way I can even move the box let alone carry it.

Worst delivery company in Australia. 5 phone calls over 2 days and the parcel was still not delivered. Each time I called customer service would provide a new timeframe for delivery. Customer service also refused to escalate the complaint multiple times and then finally, assured me a manager would reach out. I never heard from them. I would encourage all companies to cancel their contracts with Allied Express.
Absolutely appalling delivery team
Absolutely appalling delivery team. No care or concern for the goods being delivered. Had six items delivered yesterday - the drive buzzed our bell and within 2mins he was gone just dumped the goods on the front of the apartment block entry and left. We paid 300.00 for delivery alone and the driver could not be bothered to ensure it was safely delivered to our door or at least help us. This company is just greedy and only concerning with dumping the goods and onto the next so they can appear to have delivered goods.

Whilst unpacking my belongings I came across several cards with religious information.
The most concerning one I found was halfway down in my laundry basket containing dirty laundry, which was already taped shut. I also found one in my baby’s nappy drawer.
A complete invasion of privacy, being that I found one in a vessel that had already been sealed, that the removalist had opened and then re-sealed.
Allied Express acknowledged the person who was placing the cards had been identified and given a written warning, that’s all.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the person and the company, do not use them if you value your privacy and belongings!
Left without signature
My order was left outside the gate at our property. We are travelling and will not be home for days … items will be most likely stolen by the time we get home. We contacted the courier after being advised that it had been shipped and asked them to hold delivery at depot and we would pickup. They have delivered anyway.
Exceeding poor customer service
I booked and paid for a box to be picked up from our apartment. Pick up time between 9am -5pm.Specific instructions were given for the driver as we live in an apartment. Day 1 - no pick up and no phone call to advise. Day 2 . After rebooking with the same pick up window still no pickup. On contacting Allies Express it appears today the driver didn’t follow instructions or ring us to check where he needed to be and marked our pick up as Futile. I cancelled the booking and will not use this company again. While the phone staff are pleasant, the customer service from this company is sadly lacking.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Staff have no clue, make rules up as they go - saying I cannot pick up a package- 'due to OHS', but... can't explain what 'OHS' restrictions apply. If you're worried about your staff's safety- DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, like- a) improve your service, or b) establish a secure, restricted area where packages can be picked up. you know- like EVERY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE ON EARTH.
Drivers are useless- does not deliver, and you have to fight to get YOUR package delivered. Inflexible, useless customer service associates- especially 'Marita'. Requests to speak to a manager are responded with 'he's in a meeting'- this company must have meetings 24/7/365.
Company's ridiculous rules dictate that packages can only be delivered during business hours- when normal people are at work- do you expect me to take a day off, to receive a package you should have delivered in the first place??!
Promises to 'return calls' are ignored. If I could give negative stars, I would.....worst business ever.
Zero Effort Couriers - Avoid at all costs
I was waiting for quite an expensive package. I have given notes to vendor who relayed them to AE (confirmed by AE) about where my house was in housing estate. Driver who has notes and my number leaves con note despite me being home and with phone in hand. Time was 1638, old mate just CBF doing his job.
Called up to find out what is going on. Person on the phone just sighs like this is the normal standard and says she may be able to get it to me tomorrow. despite the fact it is not even at the depot yet.
In a sea of rubbish these guys are King.
Terrible customer service
I asked them 4 times to change the address, 2 times on phone calls, once on the enquiry form and once over email.
The retailer asked them to change the address.
Did they do it? No.

The WORST... needs a 0 (zero) rating. Rude, hopeless staff, and the drivers had the delivery for over a week before non-delivery altogether. The company doesn't hold drivers accountable(or themselves). On calling never could resolve anything or even tell me why or where the product was

have 2 items from different suppliers been sitting in a depot for 9 days when I called was informed they only do deliveries to my area on Mondays I then explained to the less than interested young lady that the package had been there for the last 2 Mondaysand not delivered Her only comment was oh they might get delivered next Monday

Package hasn't moved in 3 days. Called, was told it would take another 3 days because its a bulky item. (Its a bicycle)
