Virtual address where mail cannot be delivered
I have had a problem with getting mail delivered. The mail is returned saying 'invalid address.' I would not recommend using this company.

Whenever I need something doing in relation to alliance, customer care, they get it done extremely quickly and efficiently, and a fantastic team to talk with on every occasion. When I’ve spoken to various members of the team they are amazing, very untypical for most organizations today.

no communication, no service
It has not been possible to contact them for months. When I put one of the founders on CC, someone got in touch. This company never answers and if you get a call and say you'll call back straight away, nobody answers the hotline. I also have the feeling that their agents don't have a clue and can't or won't answer basic questions. For example, about registered agent services, scan services, contract terms, forwarding mail, differences between locations, etc.
So again, a completely unnecessary company with the aim of squeezing as much money as possible out of customers.
We also found out that the company simply continues to market existing rental office services at the addresses under its own name and is probably more of a broker than the service provider at the end.
P.S.
And the answer below is fake too as there is no one to reply to.
