We began using Alliance on January 25, 2025, for a virtual address and receptionist services. The agreed combined cost for monthly service was $221.12, with a prorated cost of $56.63 for the last few days of January 2025 (debited from company account as agreed). A little over a month later, on February 28, 2025, $402.21, was taken from our account (total $623.33 taken in a month, for a virtual address and answering service). After going back-and-forth via email and telephone with "customer service," it was determined that some receptionist charges were inaccurate and I would get a credit, and the answering service would be canceled (resulting in being assured the invoice due on March 31, 2025, being "only $15 plus taxes"). Although the answering services were canceled, and my no longer wanting or needing anything further from this company, I was informed that our "contract" would be amended to reflect only a virtual location ($89 per month), until the cancelation of the "contract" at the end of 6-months. On March 29, 2025, I received an invoice advising me that $141.30, was automatically taken from the bank account (total thus far charged for 2-months of service $764.63). I am currently seething, and again going through the "customer service" email process. I too saw many negative reviews before moving forward with this company Alliance, but for some inexplicable reason, decided to move forward with them anyway. The decision was to my office's detriment. I urge whomever may read this to strongly consider STAYING AWAY from this company, and utilize an alternative option.

I have wasted my time 3 months in a row to pick up my mail. They didn't have anyone working the front desk to give me my mail. I was inconvenienced to have to go to the bank to get a duplicate copy of my statements. Yet, they want to charge me $60 monthly. Don't waste your time or money, because they can't keep staff. They are located in another state, so they can't help you. Finally, they have everybody else's mail just sitting out for all to see. They want you to look through it and get your mail if it's there, otherwise it's locked up in a separate room.

not satisfied with the service that they offer the customer service is very unsatisfying. They will chase you down to get you to sign a contract, but after the contract is signed, there is limited support. They aren’t easy to reach and seems to not have answers.
on top of that if you sign a six month contract, your contract does not end at the six months. It will automatically renew and they want a 30 day cancellation so if you don’t cancel the month before the end of your six months you will still be charged for the following month.

I had trouble locating a Fed Ex that was received in a local office. The customer service team (Lau Garza) was able to track down and find this package quickly and responsibly, after the local office said it wasn't there. The Fayetteville, NC Alliance virtual office is unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not take your business there. They have one lady that runs the show, if she is off (forget your mail) and they only notify you when they remember. This has been a horrible experience as they will not cancel your subscription if you are unsatisfied with services. Needless to say, I will be cancelling after my subscription and taking business elsewhere.

Samuel Garcia was a fantastic help when going through some automatic system mishaps. I recommend anyone using this services to call the number mentioned in the communications with Alliance and ask for help over the phone vs email. I found it an easier way to resolve things.

Virtual alliance did not contact me after sending review, they said they would, never heard from them. I am not issued any refund for recurring charges of unknown office that was set up years ago

Our non-profit corporation punctually paid a year's rent until January 31st. 2025, I had arranged with the company Alliance Virtual to pick up the mail on January 31st, the day that I had paid up to. They told me that I could go until 5pm that day and I arrived at approximately 1pm, however the receptionist informed me that the mail that had arrived during the last month had been returned to the postal opffice.
Then a man came out (I believe he is the office manager) and the only thing he did was to reaffirm what had been done, that is, that the mail that had arrived for our non-profit corporation and for which we had paid up to that day to Alliance Virtual, had been returned to the postal office, not caring about the damage that this could cause. The manager mentioned that this was the company policy and maintained his illogical position even though he knew that we had paid until the end of the day, however, they suspended the services that we had paid for without notifying us despite having paid for them in advance on December 31 and despite the fact that I had agreed with the office to go pick up the mail that day.
Not only did they suspend the paid services but they did not care about harming us and the worst thing is that they have staff serving us who did not even apologize or offer to correct the error. I hope that the executives correct this staff member.

I started alliance virtual office and within days knew it wasn’t what I needed. Even though it was just a day or 2 they refused to stop my virtual office agreement and made me pay for 6 months. They said this was their policy. So I said cancel at end of agreement. I got an email yesterday notifying I would be charged for the 7th month. I told them I tried to cancel at the beginning and had to wait till the end of the agreement so I cancelled then. The person on the phone Jesus Salas said they never put in the cancellation so I have to give 30 days notice so I am now paying 7 months when I attempted to cancel immidiately. He told me it was policy which I heard before. I told him that I will leave a review of my experience and he said go ahead. They just want to capture your money as long as they can. Buyer Beware.

I wanted to take this time to thank Samuel Garcia for his assistance in helping me to resolve the issue with my account. I had informed a previous representative of my desire to cancel this service in January. However, I was not told at the time that a formal written request was needed to be sent This time around In Me dealing with Samuel. He informed me of my options and assisted me in resolving the issue in the best possible way that was fair for both me and the company I can truly say I have not had any major issue with Alliance however it would be nice to get reminders about the process of discontinuing the services when conversations about doing so happen via phone calls like how Sam did it with me today. Outside of that I had no issues with billing, customer service or mail delivery. It was just time to move on.

Stay away from this service provider! This company is only useful if you just need an address to register and no additional services. If you want to be informed when you got mail, this will often go wrong. If you pay for a scan service because it is important for you who sent you what, this will definitely not work. You will be forced to send them reminders and to waste lots of time and energy by writing them emails and calling the service numbers. And the most frustrating thing is, even if you do this, nothing will change.
