Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported issues with payments and subscriptions, often for services they did not knowingly sign up for. Customers frequently mentioned issues with the company's website, finding it uninformative and difficult to use for managing subscriptions or obtaining refunds. The service itself was widely criticized, with many feeling misled and unable to reach customer support. A significant number of consumers also expressed frustration with the refund process, stating that despite attempts to cancel, charges continued or refunds were not issued. Some people also raised concerns about charges appearing after interacting with QR codes or other online prompts.

Like virtually all of the reviewers

Like virtually all of the reviewers, I was scammed by this company even though they are apparently bona files. I note that they sent me a cheeky email after the 40.56 has been debited thanking me for my support until the next monthly payment is due. I am free to cancel at any time, apparently. Of course, when they cancelled, they ignored my demand for the money back. Many sites ask for you to have your card checked before making a transaction or ask for your card details to check your ID. I must have done this on another site and a pop up got my details instead. Given the negative feedback, I don't know why credit and debit card companies don't blacklist companies like this. Everyone: try to set up a dispute like I have and hopefully they will.

Same as others

Same as others, £40.56 debited. Called my bank’s fraud team to cancel and she said it seemed to be connected to my Google wallet. Only thing I could think off was that something came up when I was using Flightradar app asking for a £0 transaction to be approved. Be very aware!

Scam

Scam as everyone has said. I have contacted my bank and made them aware, they told me to freeze my account for a few days. I unsubscribed on the website as someone above suggested. It's now not showing in pending transactions, not sure what that means.

Scammers/cheats/liars

There is no option not to give a star or to give minus stars! I have absolutely no idea how this company obtained my details, but they deducted £40.56 from my account without my authorisation for a subscription I never signed up for. I had never heard of them before and have no idea what services they offer.

After receiving an email from them thanking me for "staying with them," I found a link to cancel the subscription, which I did immediately. I received confirmation that the subscription—whatever it was—had been cancelled.

I also contacted them asking for more information about who they are and what services they provide, but unsurprisingly, I’ve had no response. I’ve since reported the transaction to my bank, and my card has been cancelled as a precaution.

Please be vigilant—check your bank statements regularly and question any unfamiliar charges. This experience has been both frustrating and concerning.

It is Scam…

It is Scam. I registered it with free of charge but 1 day later, they try to deduct £40.56 from my care. Luckily, my card has only £10 in my account. They cannot charge me.
If you registered the service with debit card, use “no money card” , to avoid the loss once you meet a SCAM.
