Then Plummer rang me to say be there at 7.30
In morning my wife had to go home lose 2 hours pay as works in a school and no one got back to me about the complaint the Plummer was brillant want his fault at all he got told between 7 and 10
For the job they guy I spoke to on phone said I’d already spoke

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, we needed an emergency plumber due to a burst internal pipe. They were so professional, set up a whatsapp chat so we could send pictures in order for the plumber to be ahead of the job before even arriving. Daisy who took the call could not have been more helpful and precise, did exactly what was said, kept in contact throughout. Simply cannot fault the service and Daisy and the Plumber Pete are a credit to AHR.

very unreliable and left my tenant with no heating or hot water
I rang and arranged with this company early in 2026 to carry out landlord gas safety checks on my properties.
I paid a deposit for each check to be completed.
The guy that called to do the checks made demands on my tenants including that they must buy a new cooker etc and he even disconnected the gas at one house . He didn’t let me know as their landlord , just left a family with small children with no heating or hot water in the winter months.
It was only two days later when my tenant rang me to ask when their heating and hot water would be re connected that I knew anything about it being turned off.
I found this absolutely astounding and irresponsible.
The so called gas engineer that this company sent to my houses then failed to complete the checks and didn’t respond further.
Iv never received any certificates and have since employed another company to complete the work.
I lost my deposit that I gave all home repairs as they have failed to return it to me . It seems they are a very unreliable and unprofessional company to deal with.
My advice is to stay clear of them.

Excellent service - I submitted a query online and within 30 mins I was contacted by Mia. Mia explained all of the services and how the company worked and proceeded to book in an engineer with complete ease.
The engineer, Owen Thomas, arrived for the appointment the following day after excellent comms re-appointment and access.
Owen arrived promptly, listened to everything we'd already tried and took the time to look through photos from previous extension work to understand the drainage layout.
After ruling out a simple toilet blockage, he quickly traced the problem to the drainage system and managed to clear the blockage without any digging or unnecessary work. He also identified a separate issue with a pipe protruding into the stack, explained it clearly, and discussed possible options for dealing with it in the future.
What impressed me most was his honesty and approach. There was no pressure selling, no scare tactics and no suggestion of expensive work that wasn't needed. He worked methodically, explained what he was doing, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards, even washing down the path.
Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and someone I'd happily call again if needed. Number saved in my phone.
