AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a mirror 30/12/23. Zero communication apart from payment received with order number. Chased them up 2 weeks later. No response from email, shop messenger or landline. Finally response from Morgan saying it’s been delivered and gave me a tracking reference: upon checking the tracking number the mirror had been all over the country and last entry was “returned to sender”, informed Morgan that the mirror had been returned to him! He then apologised and send he’d send another one. Still nothing, no mirror, no tracking/delivery updates. I’d avoid this lot like the plague. I’m now going to go through the process of getting my money back..

Absolutely terrible

Ordered a wardrobe from All homely on the 8th December and I have heard nothing from them at all. I have called and emailed 100 times and have received not 1 response back not even a dispatch confirmation. Do not order from this company absolutely abysmal customer service. In this economy £360 gone just like that.

Awful service - order never arrived

Awful service and item did not arrive. I was told the item would be delivered within 3-4 weeks, 4 weeks on and there has been no communication. I have called and emailed numerous times and received no response with an update. They have ignored my requests for an update and at this stage a refund. The item has not been dispatched yet alone the order fulfilled as the only ability to track via the live chat has confirmed the order has not been fulfilled. I'd avoid buying from here at all costs.

It is now the 12th Jan and I am still yet to receive this item. I am likely to have to contact my bank as I am being ignored.

Amazing

Amazing, I had ordered a dining table and they came all the way from Manchester just to deliver it! Even though the delivery was free! From Manchester to Scotland in their own company van wasn’t a big delivery service they used. Very impressed by that and the kindness from the delivery drivers as well.

Terrible

Terrible. Damaged chair arrived v poorly packed, torn cover broken leg a week ago. Sent them an email and they replied saying they would organise a swap no problem. Called their number 26 times over the course of the last week - not answered once. Requested call backs - none received. Broken chair is still here, no reply to my latest email regarding collection date requested and a full refund. Avoid, horrendously poor service.

Awful product, cheap materials and faulty products!

Awful product. Ordered some draws they have arrived with parts that haven’t been drilled with holes so I am unable to fit them together properly! I have emailed customer service and got 0 responses! The product also took well over a week to arrive and I couldn’t get hold of anyone to find out where the product was. Very unhappy and wanting a refund for the draws I now can not use but have payed for! I hope someone gets back to me soon to resolve this.

Good price, excellent service...

I bought the Urban TV Unit from All Homely. It was at a very good price and quick online purchase. I got notifications along the way to let me know where my parcel is. Quick and efficient. The item itself is really nice and quite sturdy. However, the person who wrote the instructions needs to be fired because they were atrocious. Some images showed pieces of the furniture that didn't need to be there until the next page so it was very confusing. Nothing on the retailer though! I will shop here again.

Very disappointed with my order

Very disappointed with my order. Looks nothing like the picture and once put up unable to put down due to flimsy material without breaking it over £130 down the drain.

Went from good service to bad

When the package arrived, some of the contents were damaged. I let the company know and they sent me a replacement door (which was the most damaged) I then built the unit - some of the parts didn't fit together accurately and I had a problem with the doors. I let the company know and they quickly sent me further instructions on how to rectify the situation. I tried this but it didn't solve the issue. I emailed them again to let them know this but now they are ignoring my emails. I am unhappy with the final product

Overall quality good for the price but…

Overall quality good for the price but one of the boxes arrived wet and a couple of the pieces inside had a little mould on them. Decided not to go through hassle of sending them back.
