Haseeb works with a friendly resourceful team that strives to offer a customer-led service. We installed air source heat pump, battery storage and solar panels in a large old Georgian house. Far from ideal a situation resulting in us all learning how to adapt the new technology to suit. He was innovative in coming up with creative solutions, noticeably better than the competition that tended to offer what they had already installed in other newer properties; he persisted in addressing the teething problems and was able to reassure us that we would achieve our goals of drastically reducing our carbon footprint through cost effective means. We now can see all the benefits of an all electric house including differentiated over night and day tarrifs that are brilliant for charging an electric vehicle.

the solar panel installation encountered a few problems for the All Heating One team, none of which were the fault of Haseeb or his team, a faulty product and in-system communication issues. From getting the initial quote, to the prompt instillation, to getting registered as exporter of electricity, our experience has been great. They were also very understanding of the quite slow Home Energy Scotland loan payouts.

After a bad experience with another company, I found them, and I can say that they are just the best! Great team. Great service and reliability from start to finish. The very accurate survey and installation. Unlike many other companies, they keep their promises and install the PV system within the dates they keep. The aftercare service is brilliant. Although it was a false alarm, they answered within hours and came to check. They make sure that the system works well. They also offer great remote support. I will definitely contact them again for any other service they offer.
