I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this 'company' at all costs. My order hasn't arrived despite there being a 'tracking number' stating it was delivered several weeks ago. Their responses are poor and automated.

Thankfully I paid on Paypal and after a few minutes of completing some details against the transaction on my Paypal account, they have now refunded my money. Thank you Paypal :-)

Do not waste your money with this scam company.

I ordered what looked from the advert to be a "flying bird" cat toy. It took a long time to arrive and when it did it just squawks and does not fly. There are no instructions regarding charging (I assume it doesn't charge) and it is expensive for a bog standard toy that just makes a noise!

Items arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and were very well packaged.

If I could give this a zero it would be to much. I ordered an advent calendar with WW2 planes which turned out to be soft plastic and absolutely NOTHING like the picture and were crammed into tiny boxes so the wings were bent to fit and would not straighten out. They were bought as part of a present and I felt dreadful that I gave someone something so terrible.
However after submitting my review the company contacted me quickly and refunded my money but I would definitely not buy this product again.

Not an option to give 0 stars unfortunately! Ordered on 24th November. Chased on 9th December. Sent tracking link that didn’t work and advised shipping is 7-10 days. Still not received at end of December. Hard to get hold of anyone. Definitely not UK based!

I ordered a car windscreen polish, ordered back on 10th November 2025 and still no delivery by this post at end of December 2025, but they still insist on sending me emails offering their services but none of the links work so it feels like a total scam. I will never even look at this company again, zero customer service and looks like it just swallowed £35 of my money. Blocked them on Facebook, asked to unsubscribe from the mailing list but it still keeps coming and since ordering I keep getting emails from dating sites and other sellers that I know I didn't ever ask or subscribe for.
EDIT I have looked back at my bank for clarification and the Transaction was on the 15th November and for £14.65 to m.allfound.co.uk, I remember now reducing the amount ordered at checkout for the exact reason that it may not arrive, honestly a mistake, but it is still not arrived. If Allfound can rectify this I will further amend my post to show their response.

Ordered a Christmas watering can santa deoration with LED lights. It randomly arrived after zero communications /order ref etc. It doesn't work at all, it is terrible quality to look at, so asked to return for refund. Not getting any communications back at all. Really dissatisfied. What a waste of money.

With long lead items, I turned to Allfound and found parts available and form/fit/functional on my design. Very happy, thanks.

Good online market with many different tools and good commitment hoping developing it to make more working.

SCAM!!!! DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! Ordered 3 weeks ago and they haven’t replied to emails. Gone to my bank and reported fraud

However, Allfound has a variety of items. And we buy it at a low price.

The product came in very fast and the quality over all is AMAZING! Looking forward to purchasing more.

Ordered 4 pairs of googly eyes novelty spectacles. 5/12/25 £27.98
I never received any confirmation, so have no order number.
I have emailed ALLFOUND numerous times, initially to try and get confirmation.
After two auto response emails, I requested to cancel the order as advised in the emails.
This again was responded to with an auto response.
I keep emailing, and get the same auto response each time.
Today 22/12/25 a package arrived, no markings, it contains toilet cleaning sponges.
So, either ALLFOUND have ignored my cancellation and sent out some random low value item.
Or they still haven’t sent anything out.
Either way ALLFOUND have my money and I don’t have what I ordered.
I am progressing a credit card dispute.
Don’t get involved with ALLFOUND.

You have to give one star to be able to write a review!! Honestly this company should have minus stars! I wrote recently that I thought that I was scammed and they did reply saying that no they were a real company. I gave them the benefit of doubt to supply me with the missing order but guess what? No order has been received despite several emails to them. I therefore have concluded that this company are definitely scammers and warn others to avoid them like the plague!

I ordered a steamer device which arrived but the water safety cap is permanently locked and so the goods are faulty. I have contacted the company however all I receive is an automated email. I have now sent three emails and get the same email with no details how to get a refund. Scam company I think

Appalling company, seems to be an elaborate scam. Ordered a pack of dehumidifier bags on 28th October. Tracking showed them arriving in the UK on 5th November but then nothing. Got the email address for their customer service but just get automated responses with no human interaction.

Never try this fake business. I paid around £20 for an order which I placed at the beginning of November. It is almost the end of December, I have not yet received my order.

Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was unclear and unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, and even then the responses were vague and unhelpful.

The service did not meet expectations and felt rushed and poorly handled. When I raised concerns, they were either ignored or brushed off rather than addressed. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected much better quality and customer care.

Overall, I would not recommend this business based on my experience. There are plenty of other options that value customers and deliver what they promise.
