Disappointed customer
First of all, you canceled my purchase AFTER THREE DAYS. When I repurchased it again, it took a while to get a confirmation and an update. You have a WhatsApp hotline which someone only replied AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK. And your tracking process is not user friendly. All in all, I think the online service can use a lot of improvement! DELIVERY IS VERY VERY SLOW!

I ordered my racket on the 16th of…
I ordered my racket on the 16th of December 2025 and received it today, Jan 6th 2026. Before purchasing the racket I saw from other reviews that it was going to take time for my order to arrive but I personally did not mind it. Additionally my Racket cost me £170 and I had to pay an additonal £48 on delivery as I had it delivered to the UK. The racket came packaged well and in good condidition. Just be aware of the shipping time and the additional fares you may have to pay, other than that everything else was good.

Could be better in terms of logistics outside Spain
I did wait few weeks before I got the order. The support will not help you asap. Whatsapp support will tell you to contact via mail, after few days you will get message.
Not sure why adidas made that split, as the process is not the same as on adidas page. Still place for improvements,
UPDATE: At the end I got my order with the other racket. But the refund was executed within a proper timing.

Ordered on 4th December. Arrived 9th Jan. No Comms. £63 in import taxes to obtain parcel from UPS!
I placed an order on 4th December for over £150. Nothing had arrived till today 9th Jan. Tracking states package was delivered yesterday 5th January but nothing had been delivered. telephone number just disconnects after a period on hold. Extremely poor service and turned out the delivery was outsourced to UPS who called me out of the blue to arrange delivery. Also got stung for £63 extra is import taxes as this came from Spain. Watch out if ordering from this company!

My package has not yet been delivered because the government customs agency is still reviewing it, and UPS has therefore been unable to complete the delivery. Additionally, your website stated that the order already included free shipping and that all import taxes to the destination country were covered. Horrendous delivery time and customer service experience
I have ordered on December 1st, still absolutely nothing. Received an email stating that my rackets are out for delivery on December 16th, they have been stuck for 1 week in Germany and there are no tracking updates whatsoever since then. You cannot convince me that, the most the delivery has traveled for 2 weeks is from Spain to Germany... The customer service is beyond horrible, slow email replies, the WhatsApp chat help is just awful. Ordering from Adidas I was expecting way more and I am extremely unsatisfied. Despite the good prices on the website, I will definitely not order again from them. Order somewhere else to save you the stress and nerves, even though it can be a bit more expensive...

Ordered racquet and balls on 3rd December with delivery stating up to 7 working days. Still waiting some 18 days later. Very poor, messages sent and not acknowledged. Have now asked for order to be cancelled and refund provided if they cannot get it to me for Xmas. Not holding out much hope. Stick to ordering from UK based company or store. It might be cheaper coming from this place but the hassle and stress ain't worth it! Will have to buy another to avoid son being disappointed in Xmas day. Not what you expect for a Global company.
