I recently purchased a gift box from All For Her Gifts, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the perfect gift box that suited my needs perfectly.

When the package arrived, I was blown away by the attention to detail in the packaging. It was beautifully presented and made an impressive first impression. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business based on poor customer service.

I ordered a custom made candle in the shape of a dog. It was a gift for a friend whose dog died and it was going to be a lovely memorial. Instead when she opened the gift, the legs of the dog were broken off. When I approached All for Her Gifts they were only concerned with getting a photo of the shipping box and damaged candle to send it off for an insurance claim with their courier instead of offering a replacement. When I couldn’t provide it because it had been thrown out, I was told it couldn’t be remedied as it would come out of their own pocket (cost them). But the box wasn’t damaged, it could have been broken during packing or something else as it was wrapped really tightly in bubble wrap.

It was very disappointing to have such a poor customer service experience as they item was lovely, very expensive for a candle but given the nature of the gift I was happy to pay for it, but never again. I was just looking for assistance from the seller because I wanted to replace the gift for my friend, but instead of listening to my concerns and seeing it from my perspective I felt they were only concerned with passing blame to the courier and basically making me go away because they didn’t want to pay to replace it. I wasn’t even asked what I wanted until the conversation had gone on for a while (hence making me feel like they just wanted me to go away). It would have much such a difference if they handled this differently and just listened to their customer first before jumping in to pass blame and perhaps changed their packaging processes?

Loved my engraved glassware, everything was so beautifully packaged and ready to give as is to the receiver without any extra wrapping or packaging necessary. The staff were super friendly and helpful with my order queries as well! My order was fulfilled straight away and same day delivery was a life saver, will definitely be ordering again

My daughter and her partner were extremely happy with their housewarming gift! I was surprised that their last name was not on the glasses, but they were happy with the one letter. It wasn't clear in the order form that what I put down for the personalization was not for the glasses, but only for the box. That being said, they love the box!

Due to Allforher putting the incorrect address on the parcel, the gift for my Niece’s Birthday got delivered to another State. Instead of Allforher sending a replacement gift as soon as this mistake was realised, they made me wait 3 weeks to see if they could get Australia Post to re-deliver. Finally, after multiple emails and other forms of communication to Allforher, a replacement was finally sent. Very disappointed by the lack of service and I missed having a present for my Niece on her Birthday! Don’t think I will be using this business again.

I goofed up an address when I submitted my order. This was made more difficult as that I am in the US. The people here continued to get it right and make sure my gift was delivered as quickly as possible. I thankful they showed their professionalism and grace when I was at fault.
