Bought some elastic from there ebay shop on 29th June, June 30th said dispatched 2nd class postage, it's now 11the july and despite messageing 5 times since the 4th july about an update no response at all and still no items, will be opening an ebay resolution tommorow for cash back. Have alse tried phoning the contract number on ebay 3 times and no one picks up. Business address is same on the website as the ebay page, just no phone number on website that I've found, same business name aswell n trading Ltd and same email info at allforfishing.co.uk phone on ebay about page is 07843333655.

Definitely a company to avoid both on ebay and in general.

Would give zero stars if I was able. Placed an order and was informed delivery would be in 3 working days. As expected funds taken from my bank account immediately. I emailed a few days later as I had not received any delivery tracking details, no reply. I emailed again for an update again a couple of days later, no reply…. And so it goes on, unable to make contact, emails are being ignored. I have now raised a fraud claim with my bank referencing that the company has failed completely to provide the goods or any communication regarding this. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for goods, find a company that are more reliable……….

Made an order on the 2nd June 2023, its now the 12th June 2023 and I have not had my items despite delivery stated 2 to 3 days. I've mailed them multiple times but no response. Issued a 48hr response or I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.

I purchased a fly line from the website on 16/05/2023. I received an email saying I would be notified once shipped (website states 2-3 days). Item not received, failed to respond to numerous emails. Phone number (from eBay site) unanswered, now appears to have blocked me. Absolutely disgusting service.

I can't fault the delivery of my ordered fishing reel, it was really quick. My only issue is that I didn't find the seller very communicative, I had to chase to ensure that my order was received.

I Would never use again or recommend anyone to use this company (well i use company lightly) as its just not worth the hassle.
I purchased items on 19th may and its now 4th june despite there website saying 2-3 working day delivery.
im still waiting despite numerous emails of which NONE have been responded to.
Ive tried finding a telephone number on search engines but had no success ( very strange )
Currently going through a refund process with paypal.

My order arrived late, and not as described on their website, I've tried to contact them 3 times via email to discuss this with them as they won't provide a phone number, and haven't received any response, I will be opening up a dispute with PayPal, avoid if you expect any sort of customer service, as you certainly won't get it from these in my experience! I definitely wouldn't use again!
