Had a strange conversation with…

Had a strange conversation with customer service about the amount due changing when I changed the delivery address due to sales tax, but the delivery state was the same for both addresses. Was quoted a new amount that would be charged to my card, but amount charged to credit card matched original price. Maybe a scripting problem with their call center???

Easy and fast

Easy and fast. Never have to worry about paying an arm and leg. But lack of a subscribe and save option makes me want to find an option that does.

Very impressed!

Custom size filters…

I understand custom filters are expensive. But I expect the casing to not already have came apart in both boxes of orders. On 1 side, every filter had the cardboard flap not taped, or came un glued
