i spoke with Demitrius Winters and told him my problem. he agreed to help me for $195.00. we spoke 3 more times and he explained what he was going to do, talk with IRS and social security about fraudulent tax charges. that was the last time I heard from him. i sent him text
messages and left phone messages asking him to please call or text me back. He never responded. This was terrible service he could have left s message even if he didnt want to help. I paid $195.00 for his help which i never received. i would never recommend him Because of his bad service i would not recommend your company. At least he could have refunded my money since he did nothing. You should post bad reviews as well as good reviews for people to make a fair choice on who to work with,
this was how my time with him. i received no help from him and he quit answering me completely

Alleviate have contacted me and we are resolving the matter and I'm happy that they charged just for the initial consultation. Good customer service.

basically you tell them your tax situation which they call “discovery” then the get their “experts” claimed they were tax attorneys to call you within 7 days. Derrick Gibson called me straight away and appeared to have all my transcripts and that he had spoken to the irs about my back taxes and that I would probably qualify for fresh start . It was going to cost me $18k for what appeared to be $80k in back taxes. He said due to the severity it would be good to get their team working on it straight away and what could I pay I told them I already paid some money to the irs and all I could do was $500. He said no problem these take 8-12 months and we would do a payment plan and to expect the documents come through. Nothing came through neither anything on the discovery so I still didn’t know what I really actually owed. Then on 25th December I get a simple text demanding $18k in full. Their website says you do not have to agree to go to the second stage and I never signed anything asking them to go for the second part. Derrick Gibson charged my card $500 anyway and said I can’t get it back because I decided against using them. I’ve had to let my bank know and I should be able to get my refund tha way. These people prey on desperate people who owe a lot of money and afraid of the IRS. I got more done in 30 mins with an HR BLOCK master adviser than I did from alleviate and they haven’t charged me yet! I only need to pay $350 for itemized filing and they will also be able to help me with the back taxes and getting on the fresh start program. They are not charging $18k and tell you the truth and upfront. Alleviate focus on your fear and desperation to get your month they take your card number and start charging at will.

I can only rate the first half of the experience but by what I saw they were extremely helpful the guy Aria went out of his way to help me understand my situation and my options he even gave me a hardship discount on my first initial payment just trying to get me on board and get me understanding this company is not a scam this company cost money but in the end it saves you money no
