Avoid at all costs!!
I've been a frequent online shopper for more than 20 years now, and I take pride in my ability to (mostly) avoid crappy companies, websites and sellers. Unfortunately this time I didn't google first and I was caught completely off-guard.
Customer service is non-existent, they're completely uninterested in providing a good experience to their clients. After placing an order and paying for my items, I had absolutely zero feedback on delivery status for 4 weeks. There's no information available on your personal account and the so-called 'Client Portal' doesn't even work. Several emails were sent but they simply didn't bother replying to any of them.
Ended up having to activate PayPal buyer protection to get a full refund.
Just avoid them at all costs and go spend your money somewhere else.
