My experience with this company has so far proved financially and personally disastrous

My experience with this company has so far proved to be extremely worrying and financially disastrous: they have shown themselves in our case to be thoroughly untrustworthy and unreliable. I was introduced to Charlie Avara via Destiny Smith of the Harvey Jones showroom in Islington, the project being initiated in September 2017: it was supposed to have been completed within four and a half months in early 2018 but she promptly abandoned the job for no good reason and ran off (apparently) with all of the money which she had secured by masquerading as a member of the Federation of Master Builders which proved to be untrue. That bogus contract enabled her to take all of the money for the job whilst only completing less than one half of it: she has so far refused to repay any of the overpaid moneys whatsoever, despite a full survey report in 2018 at her suggestion from Bhangals Construction Consultants which asserted she owed us some £120,000 at that time. The full amount lost so far due to that disastrous introduction is of the order of more than £250,000. We would obviously not, under these circumstances, recommend her company by any means. She was most personable and full of charm, of course, but unfortunately does not seem to have had any intention from the start of completing her side of our contract.
