Each year, we run an awareness campaign encouraging clients to share their experiences, positive or negative, so others with past criminal records can better understand the process. The staff were very understanding and…
The staff were very understanding and knowledgeable when I asked questions. A few times I was afraid to even start the process but when speaking with the staff members and their true concern for me, I signed the paperwork and within a short time I had all the paperwork completed and all I had to do was go to have fingerprints and photo done at the Border. Now I wait for my I 195 to come through.

All Cleared assist was crucial
All Cleared assisted my ex with info on getting her Record Suspension and US waiver. It was expensive but worth it!

It was a great/long experience
It was a great experience once they remembered my account. An employee left the company who had my case assigned to them. So my stuff took 2 years when it only should’ve taken 1. But eventually worked out. Just keep up with your account and check in every couple of months so this doesn’t happen to you. Other than that it was great!

You can see the status for f your case in the client portal and they always responded to my emails rather quickly.
