Was easy to make an appointment for specific needs. Payment was straightforward and, after a Saturday appointment, the results arrived on the Monday morning. Staff put you at ease whilst taking blood sample.

Received the kit and results quickly. Useful guidance notes.

Ordered an H Pylori test which I completed and returned following all the instructions (despite the unhelpfully shaped container they sent) but 10 days later no result. Results are promised within 5 working days. I contacted them two days ago but so far no reply. £85 for no result and no explanation for it. Not happy.

Update - results finally turned up but later than advertised and it appears to me, only after chasing.

The service was first class. I got an appointment very quickly and I could choose a time to suit me. The facilities were very clean and the two ladies I saw were very pleasant and explained everything to me. Very thorough and professional service. Results back within 12 hours.

Fantastic company and service. Fourth time we have used them. Although they advise 48 hours to receive blood pannel results, in each instance, we received results in under 24 hours. Very friendly and professional staff, highly recommended.

Very helpful staff

I recently went for a PSA test for some reassurance. And the NHS waiting times were weeks, I’m so happy I did the whole experience was fantastic. I struggle with needles but was reassured and I was was in Good hands with the staff. I Will return if I need another test in the future. Thank you.

I had concerns about some symptoms I’d been having and getting a dr appointment was proving difficult! I decided to order some tests to speed up the process! Very swift results which helped.

A very useful resource. I was able to get rapid reassurance when my blood pressure suddenly was very low. The cost for a thorough ECG was a bargain compared to how long I would have had to wait to get answers through the NHS

Neil and his father put me at ease and were lovley professional people. They explained everything in depth and were easy to talk to. The nurse was very good also and was painless. I’d definitely go back.

Very happy with the full well being test , I would off give a 5star if the test would off tested for estradiol . Still I would recommend, Linda and vee (nurse) was great , thanks Paul
