Works well on light scratches. Doesn’t do well on deep scratches.

I had serious doubts, but WOW!
My car had a long scratch that widened to deep along the passenger side door, the gift of a parking garage corkscrew tunnel. I first thought I’d have to take it to the dealer for repair in order to get the perfect paint match, but seeing All Cars on Amazon, I decided what the heck — it sounded too good to be true, but for around $10 why not give it a try? SO glad I did! Even the deepest part of the scratch is barely detectable and the color match is perfect. I can only conclude witchcraft is involved! 😉

Absolutely do not buy from this company. Its a scam.

These pens do not work. It was dried up and put nothing on the car.

Ordered over a month ago, still haven’t received the order 4 weeks later, generic responses saying I will receive in the next week when I contacted customer service

Biggest scam! Do not trust this company’s ads or reviews.

I‘ve never received my order (magic scratch pen). After several attempts to contact the customer service via mail and always receiving the same answer, which did not help at all, I gave up asking for more infomation about my tracking number or a refund.

I do not recommend AllCars to anyone. If you buy a product from this company, you‘re just throwing your money away!

I used on my son's Metallic Blue Mazda for a series off small scratches and worked as advertised.
Then used on a large 3 foot key scratch on my white BMW and covered 95% of the scratch which was deep so only slightly when the Sun hits it and then only I can see it.

Delivery took longer than you might expect - HOWEVER; I would usually get the T-Cut black out as my go to for scratches. I found some light to slightly heavier scratches and tried the T-Cut. Most vanished! The ones that remained I took the pen to and . . . GONE! very impressed! I tried on some light chips also and . . . GONE! Deeper scratches and heavy chips are still present so will need to use the touch up paint kit. It could be worth adding a bit more of a warning regard the fumes.

Waiting for quite some time for the pens to arrive but finally for them. I tested it on one scratch about an inch long - no lie it disappeared. Only gripe is that this stuff really has a bad smell to it. Would be nice to provide tips on how to properly use it

I was quite skeptical when buying but gave it a show and wow the two minor scratches I had on my bumper of my 4x4 completely went even stayed gone the next day after a good washing with my pressure washer very happy

The order never arrived. I ordered in December and now it is February. I contacted allcarsfix.com and they were unable to refund. It is a SCAM

I never received my product (Pen). Ordered on 1/1/26. Tracking stopped updating on 1/7/2026. Producr comes from China. Left messages twice with no response even though they "promise" to update within 24 hrs, 7 days a week. STAY AWAY! I believe this to be a bogus company.

Pen was pretty much worthless for me (gloss black on a bike frame). Bought two, they seemed dried out and I had to turn it upside down for a day or two to even get the tip of the pen wet. Applied to a few different surfaces (bike frame as noted above as well as to my car). Didn't help at all and now instead of a scratch, there's a scratch with a little dried residue around it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Delivery is too long. No communication and no guarantee of a refund/return or exchange

This company are the biggest scammers of all time. Do not touch with a barge pole. I am still waiting for a magic pen which I paid for around six weeks ago. Emails are ignored. Quite frankly, they should be closed down immediately.

Bought 2 pens and was very sceptical and my assumption was 100 percent right. Waste of time and money. does not work on a white car and from reviews does not seem to work on most colours. Don't buy

I purchased a Magic Pen from this site. After what felt like weeks for the item to arrive, I was contacted by Evri to say that they do not know where my parcel is, and feared that it may have been lost. Telling me to contact the supplier.

So I did… I sent multiple emails to them, and they ignored every single email I sent. Even sending them proof of emails from Evri support to inform me its lost, and to contact the company I purchased the item from, to get a refund/ new one sent out. Nothing. No response.

So now, I am out of pocket, no item. Do not trust this company and their glowing reviews.
