misleading costumers

I ordered the a monitor stand, and paid £20 for shipping.
I asked them how much time will it take to deliver my order, as they do not mention it anywhere in their website, and a few days after it, I got an Email response saying that I have to pay extra £17.29 for the shipping or my order will be canceled.

I tried to understand why do I have to pay almost double the amount they asked at the checkout, and was answered that "The website has not been designed" to take in some variables, but of course they do not mention it anywhere.

The correspondence was cold and unhelpful so I had to cancel my order.

Misleading and poor customer service

Item photo was misleading which led to me paying more than double the going rate for an item.

When contacting about the issue, I was told to pay the return postage and correspondence was cold and unhelpful.

Will not use again!
