Myallbuy is just for collecting money. I placed my orders in 22th Feb and 24 Feb 2025 . Today is 5th of Aug, I have not received any answer from Myallbuy. He did not send the goods nor my money back. I sent many claim e-mails to the customer services. Not a single answer. What shall I do?

I paid and still got nothing

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Allbuy has been nothing short of a disaster, filled with lies, incompetence, and complete disregard for their customers.

I placed an order for String Furniture on October 3rd, 2024. When the package arrived, one of the items was missing. Simple mistake, right? Well, four months later, I still don’t have my product, and I’ve been subjected to an endless loop of excuses, misleading information, and outright lies from their so-called customer service.

The Nightmare Timeline
1. October 2024 – Ordered multiple String Furniture items. One package was missing at delivery. I immediately reported the issue.
2. November 2024 – Customer service assured me that the missing item would be shipped “soon”, as it was coming from a “remote warehouse.”
3. December 2024 – More empty promises, no shipment. They told me the product was lost in transit but that they would reorder and send it.
4. January 2025 – After six weeks of silence, I demand an update. They then change their story and claim the item is out of stock (despite it being clearly listed as available on their website).
5. February 2025 – Five months after my order, they suddenly decide to cancel my order and force a refund, instead of delivering the item they were contractually obligated to provide.

Lies, Excuses, and False Promises
• They repeatedly told me the product was in stock but still failed to send it.
• They said they were reordering it but then later claimed it was out of stock—all while still selling the exact same product on their website.
• They promised a refund a month ago—and even that hasn’t been processed.
• Every email was copy-paste nonsense, with no real effort to fix the issue.

A Company That Simply Doesn’t Care

This is not just bad customer service—this is fraudulent business practice. Allbuy took my money, failed to deliver, and then wasted months giving me excuses instead of a solution. They have no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for their customers.

If you’re considering buying from Allbuy, DON’T. They will gladly take your money, but if something goes wrong, expect to be stuck in a never-ending loop of incompetence and lies.

Save yourself the frustration. Spend your money somewhere else.

Did not send the product. Responded to my emails with big apologies .. but still a no show. Avoid.

U know this site is a scam site.. I purchased a cd player for my car. Wen you go to complete the purchase like I did with my credit card, it says my purchase went through. So im waiting for the email confirmation. Nothing came right away so im starting to think maybe this cd player was too good to be true at such a low price compared to other sites for same cd player. Then an email came from pay pal stating I made a purchase to this site for this amount and that funds would be available on the next day if not sooner. So im like ok mayb it went through, yeah rite.. So my email notification goes off so I go back and check it and I have another email from paypal!! Saying I contributed to a money pool for a Jorge Rideout and that I could follow the progress with a link. So there's an email address on the first email I got. So I said wut is a damn money pool in am email to them , and if course im waiting for a response. Hours go by with nothing so im now contacting pay pal asking questions to find out wut a money pool is. Well of course with this covid crap you can't just talk to sum one right then and there so im waiting for a reply to my message I sent on my PayPal. And of course by now its like 230am on a weekend just my luck so im stuck waiting till the next day. Then I get a message saying they can't find my purchase im like wut so im sending them screen shots of the purchase saying it was completed. And also the emails I got from them regarding this purchase. So now im waiting for an agent to be able to read my message and contact me back which is hours later by now the funds have been available to this person. Well pay pal writes back saying its a way to send money to friends and family. So wen I see this message hours later im like oh hell no. And im telling them I didn't contribute to no money pool I made a purchase for a cd player on line and im sending screenshots of the transaction and everything. Now again waiting for a reply. Hours later they are telling me that there's nothing they can do cuz its a money pool. Im telling them how did I contribute to this, wen I have proof that it was a cd player. So now hours layer again they are Basicly telling me they can't refund my money, that it was all ready paid out. So im telling them how is this possible that this person is using your company to do fraud and you can't do nothing to help me. Thats crazy. So I guess I must of pist the rep off cuz they ended the chat. So I filed a complaint with several places regarding this company so im just playing the waiting game. I read all the reviews on here and im the only one that they used this money pool scam on wen I made my purchase, thinking I was purchasing a cd player then they sum how have it linked to go through as a money pool. This company needs to be shut down and they need to pay me my money back . I sent another email to the contact email still havnt heard crap from anyone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!! IM WILL NOT STOP TILL IM PAID IN FULL AND YOU ALL SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE STRESS AND ALL THE TIME I HAVE SPENT DEALING WITH YOUR SITE.. TRUST N BELIEVE IM GUNNA REPORT TO EVERY PLACE I CAN THINK OF..

This company is fraudulent! It appears you are purchasing a product using your PayPal account to pay for it, when in fact you are contributing to a money pool. Please be aware! Payments do not go through PayPal. Mine was sent Joyce Smith. I am turning this over to NYS Attorney General and BBB as this is systematic for all purchases through this website (it just changes the name each time for the money pool).

This is a scam. They dont give you a receipt because your money goes to a paypal money pool. Do not order!
I ordered a FNAF plush and it wont be arriving.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago and haven’t received my products, any notifications from company, or a refund. I am turning this over to our North Carolina Attorney General.

This company is fraudulent! It appears you are purchasing a product using your PayPal account to pay for it, when in fact you are contributing to a money pool. Please be aware! Payments do not go through PayPal. Mine was sent to Deena Sixberry using the billing *ELLIGO64 showing in CA. I am turning this over to CA Attorney General as this is systematic for all purchases through this website (it just changes the name each time for the money pool).

I thought this place was SHADEY for some reason and sure enough they’re a scam they have u send money to different named pay pal accounts that’s why pay pal never catches up with them they constantly change M-MMMM -EEEEFFFFFERS MIDDLE FINGER 🖕 2 ALL BUY

Ordered a replacement bulb two months ago. Charged but did not receive. I sent an email and no response.
Just sent another email. 😡

I can't find an email address or phone # for this company and like all of you, I have an order issue. Can one of you be kind enough to provide this company's email address and/or phone #?

I did not receive the product as advertised and It was not inexpensive. I tried to contact the company to discuss my options they did not return my emails or attempt in anyway to rectify the situation. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service.

Fake. Don't buy from AllBuy
AllBuy claims a very liberal refund, exchange, and warranty. But this is fake.

I bought a product that was defective.

Took my order and payment may 24th and still no product.
I have sent 3 emails w mo response

I bought 7 items on the ALLBUY app. The prices were too good to be true! My payment went through successfully and after checking a couple of days later ALL SEVEN ITEMS WERE REMOVED! It said 'refund successful' with NO other explanation as to why my items were being refunded!
I emailed customer service to find out why my items were refunded. This was the email reply I recieved:

I did NOT have a nice weekend! I checked my MasterCard bill and it showed the amount was successfully paid but after giving the benefit of the doubt and checking this months bill THERE STILL IS NO REFUND!!!
I am so upset and angry at this lack of service, lack of answers, lack of everything expected from any service providing company!
I have sent one more email to ALLBUY to try to redeem themselves and return the money they STOLE from me. If they do not, I intend on seeking legal action. As well I will be posting on any and all sites I can possibly find to exploit this fake company for what it really is.

Thanks for nothing ALLBUY you should change your name to ALLSCAM!

Ordered two car usb chargers.One arrived doa. The other one mentioned that it has three outputs 1,2, and 2.1 A.
It was a team order so somebody of the team opened it.It was a fake product all the three usb ports were connected through a single cable delivering the same amount of power.Moreover there were no security for overcharging making it practically useless and dangerous for any device.
I exchanged more than a dozen emails with their customer support. They requested more and more to prove the facts and finaly they claimed that if it works it is ok and asked me to return it but i should cover the return cost and it was not refundable.
The overall experience was very bad.I came up with te impression that they are trying to fool me and gain time with rediculous demands.
I stop contacting their customer support and Opening a claim in paypal, hoping for the best.
I cant imagine their reaction at a most serious case (eg phone return procedure).
As a conclusion avoid any dealing with them at all cost.

I purchased a Mi Band for a friend as a christmas present, it is now end of January and I have still yet to receive the product. First I was told that they were out of stock and now they stay the product is stuck in Malaysia. This company is an absolute scam. I have asked for refunds and do not want their product or their business and the only replies I get is for me to continue waiting. Do not buy from Allbuy!
