Quite rude, they don't seem to care about clients.
Called to enquire about Soraa bulbs. Woman on the phone was quite dismissive when I told her this was an individual (not a company) purchase. After she said they were only a wholesaler, I indicated we have an entity (we do large scale home automation and infrastructure). I asked what was required to onboard with the company and she was rude again stating to just email them.
I'm going to pay double to go with another supplier, but I don't do business with companies that are rude to their clients, both existing and prospective. If you think "business is just fine," just wait until you need to depend on the revenue from new clients, not existing.
