A nice little piece of software, which the developers are working to improve all the time. Saved my bacon in terms of downloading all my BluPrint classes (55Gb total). You do have to work with the tech support folks to get your login/PW registered, but once that is in, it's 'set it and forget it' until it's done. Easy, responsive tech support, clear instructions. Like it a lot.

One of the best software I've ever used. Totally worth the price you pay for it. I've had some issues with it but Allavsoft support responded quickly and helped me solve them.

THANK GOD FOR ALLAVSOFT. I was able to copy all my 61 Bluprint classes to my laptop. I was so upset about the possibility of losing them. The only glitch was having Allavsoft put in my password. Other than that, a great product, great price. I will continue to use it to download any other videos of importance. SHAME ON YOU NBC, you owe Allvasoft a big THANK YOU.

Allavsoft is terrific program. I had a bit of trouble logging in but received a quick response from customer service. No glitches after that. I have over 80 Blueprint/Craftsy videos and all were successfully downloaded and the resolution is excellent. Highly recommended!

I used Allavsoft to download 48 Bluprint classes. The download took close to 11 hours and resulted in files totalling 150 MB, when I added the associated pdfs and some playlists and images to make it easy to use. I retained these as MP4 video files. The download went without a hitch, and I was working on my computer for much of the time. The set up was simple - I purchased a one-month subscription; the Allavsoft support people configured this to download, using my Bluprint log in credentials; I entered the URL that they sent me; all episodes of my purchased ("forever") classes were lined up for downloading.

I purchased a short term license to download purchased classes from Bluprint/Craftsy, initially I was disappointed as it didn't work, so I sent a message to Allavsoft customer service and David resolved the issue very quickly. Thank you so much!

Need to download my Craftsy/Bluprint classes as my "own forever" classes purchased from Craftsy are being shut down at some undetermined date in the near future. (Thanks, NBC).

Bought a one year license for Allavsoft last week after reading great reviews, received the "invalid token" error which I was told would happen and emailed them my Bluprint login info as instructed. I did so over 53 hours ago and am still waiting to hear back so I can download the classes before Bluprint pulls the plug. Others who emailed them at the same time received their logins back within 12 hours, but I am hearing nothing. Wouldn't be that concerned about a 2.5 day wait, except for the fact I am worried about losing my 60 classes if I don't get them downloaded soon.

Just wish there was better communication on the Allavsoft website about how long the turn-around time for Bluprint is, I know they are busy but the message still says you will hear back from them within 24 hours. Don't know if they are super backed up or if my emails just are not going through.

A very good little piece of software. It is well worth the price. And the customer support is excellent and prompt if you have a problem. Love Allavsoft!

Tool was recommended to download BluPrint classes and it worked perfectly. Support was quick to provide assistance when needed to fix token error.

Now that Craftsy/Blueprint is going out of business, I needed a way to download all the videos I purchased. I needed assistance and contacted Allavsoft customer support. David was awesome! He helped me download all my videos. Thank you so much!

Like many other recent purchasers I had a lot (90GB!) of courses that I needed to rescue before Blueprint shuts it doors. Initially I had a registration problem but that was sorted out within a few hours by their excellent support team. The one thing that users should check is the target location and type of your files. Craftsy files came down as excellent quality MP4 files including the subtitles. The converted MP4's were smaller but the quality loss was perceptible. As we have plenty of storage we are using the downloaded files. Considering the download session lasted over 30 hours the software just kept going without a hitch. Previously I had tried Movavi which does a screen grab. Allavsoft is much much better and worth every penny of the price.

The software works perfectly, but I had a bad surprise. I'm using it to download songs to play as a dj, because I tought it has a good quality. However, after downloading a song as wav, I went to my pc library to check the kind of archive the music was and it was saying mp3(?). Now I don't know if I'm downloading music in a reliable quality...

Like a few others I needed to download all my bluprint classes. David was great and made setting suggestions that worked perfectly for my situation. I was surprised how fast he responded to my inquiries. The software is very intuitive, performed well, and I now have all my classes.

Insanely fast customer support and very problem solving with my situation and questions. The software also works like a charm and is very straight forward. I've tried multiple alternatives which are full of malware and very clunky, this one has my 5 star vote, thanks guys at Allavsoft. Worth my €60 :)

Software is easy to use and performs as described. Very quick and user friendly. Superior customer support. I have bought a lifetime license and recommended this product to several friends.

I bought Allavsoft to download my Bluprint classes which will close soon. I absolutely needed the subtitles, I'm French. The software works very well, and the IT support is fantastic. I exchanged several emails with David, who is very reactive and patient. He answered all my questions. I'm on Mac, and everything works perfectly. I really recommend this software. And many thanks again to David.

Having discovered my 'forever' classes were going to be removed, due to the company going bust, I noticed on a chat site that many people were recommending Allavsoft as a way to download their classes. I bought the software and had a bit of trouble initially trying to get the classes, it seemed quite long-winded. I contacted Allavsoft and they replied instantly, changed a few details in their software and sent a step-by-step guide of how I could download all my paid classes in one go - it worked! I cannot praise them highly enough, in this day and age where support emails go off and can take days or even weeks to find an answer, Allavsoft replied instantly every time and offered perfect solutions, so thanks David, I am so very pleased.

I've been using this software to download videos for over three years. Works like a champ, and you can run it in both GUI and CLI mode, which is awesome. Every once in a while, the site I download from changes their login API, which means that Allavsoft can no longer login with my credentials to download. When this happens, an email to tech support with a copy of my log usually lets their team solve the problem quickly. Once fixed, I simply need to download their new update and things start working as before.

Doesn't work. I tried the free trial to download my owned classes from Bluprint (formerly known as Craftsy) as they are closing down. But when I log in with my credentials from Bluprint noting happens (I have to fill them in over and over again).

Actually I'm worried Allavsoft is only there to gain my login credentials.
