A relaxed, informal, friendly, welcoming environment. Couple that with a practitioner, Diane, who really listens, understands, and then gets on with it, you have 5 star review from me.

Bo has done an amazing job on my shoulder so far. AllAlign is just down the road from me in Liss so it’s really easy to pop along and get a great massage and advice.

Diane and her team have worked wonders with my back issues and most importantly have helped me manage them with their expertise and strength training exercises so that moving forward I can continue doing the activities I love without pain.

I recently visited All Align for a few sports massages after a skiing accident. My experience with them was 5 stars from start to finish. They were kind, professional and friendly. 100% recommend

My 9 year old daughter has always been rigid and stompy, as she was a c-section birth I heard about chiropractors doing wonders with children who were like my daughter, I booked her in with Diane who had been amazing with lots of advise and tips to help my daughter, I’ve noticed a huge difference in her movement! She also suffered with urine infections and tummy pain but since Diane had been working on her we’ve had no tummy issues or urine infections! Couldn’t recommend Diane enough

I'm late 60's with a long standing problem with hand numbness and neck pain. Saw Diane Chaplin at Allalign in Liss last August. After a couple of sessions numbness and pain greatly reduced. Brilliant! Purchased a memory foam pillow which has improved
my quality of sleep and stopped any pain reoccurring. Diane provides a comfortable, friendly and relaxed environment. Her methods have worked for me and are continuing to put right years of bad habits. Allalign in Liss was recommended to me and I am happy to recommend to others.

Appointment to see Diane at Alalign in Liss with pain behind my knee. She found the issue, relieved the discomfort and now armed with a few excellent exercise, my knee will be good to go. I have been seeing Diane now for a good few years as a chiropractor and I always feel great afterwards. I highly recommend her.

A very thorough and effective sports massage from Bo at the All Align clinic in Liss. She explained how she planned to treat my problem and I had the best round of golf for two months two days later! Thank you Bo.

I have just had a sports massage by Bo Samson. It was amazing! I didn’t realise my neck and shoulders were so tight, but Bo released them and I feel like I left all of the tension and pressure at the clinic. I cannot recommend Bo enough.

A fabulous sports massage by Bo at All Align. Treating me for a skiing injury to my upper leg muscles, a very deep warming massage getting right to the problem area and helping me recover. Highly recommended, and in a very relaxing and professional local clinic.

Thanks to Diane, I continue to enjoy a life without pain. Grateful for you, Diane!

A very friendly and supportive Chiropractic clinic in a lovely village, with loads of free parking nearby. Appointments never felt rushed!

I saw Bo for a sports massage treatment and I can honestly say she’s exceptional. She’s incredibly skilled at identifying problem areas. Her technique is very effective - firm enough to make a real difference but always mindful of comfort.

Had a very sore shoulder and was in considerable pain, a series of massages with Bo has really helped and made life a lot more comfortable.

I have been going to Diane at allign since she opened. Diane has provided me with excellent treatment and exercises for me to do at home. Diane is very professional and I always feel good afterwards. The receptionists are all very welcoming.

The treatment I've had has been amazing, i could barely walk because of the pain now the pain has almost gone,i would highly recommend this company, the reception is also very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been coming to see Diane for a few years now. She’s helped me hugely with a variety of issues from top to toe! I wouldnt go to anyone else and highly recommend her to anyone big or small!

I have been in a lot of pain with my shoulder and after only a couple of appointments it improved considerably. Another two appointments have improved it even more. Thank you so much.

Reluctantly I’m posting a review. After a phone call, eventually. Web site says a free 15 min call to see if treatment would work. However the young girl that answers the phone didn’t even know the practice offered this. I seem to know more about what was on their website than she did. Not a good start.

Eventually after a long conversation with Diane, I booked three appointments. Arrived for the first appointment on time to find that they were running late. So I sat there more than 20 minutes waiting. Appointment when I did get in was a positive experience.

I arrived for my second appointment only to be told by the receptionist that they were running extremely late and she told me I would be waiting quite awhile. There were already numerous people sat in there waiting room waiting. As I was taking time out of my working day, I said to them this was not acceptable and they could’ve called me to make me aware so I could’ve arrived later. To which they have replied they were short staffed and they couldn’t do this. However, there were three members of staff not working when I arrived.

I was polite but said I wasn’t prepared to wait and wanted my money back that I had paid for upfront for my second appointment. This was refused. I did say I was not leaving until I’ve had my money and then I would leave and I would not be returning. This carried on for about five minutes and eventually Diane came out of one of the consulting room to find out what was going on. So I reiterated again, I wanted my money back and I would be leaving. She finally authorised the girl to give me my money back to which point I left.

After two extremely poor experiences within a few days, personally I will never be going back here and I also won’t ever recommend them to anybody else. I did receive an email apology from Diane, but sadly for me, albeit it is appreciated it is too little too late.
