I’m very disappointed with this company’s customer service. I purchased a necklace and within just two days of receiving it, it broke. I contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response at all.
Poor quality combined with a complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Bought the oil and the t-bar tool at first and both have made a huge difference! I'm obsessed!!! I've bought the t-bar and oil for both my mother and sister as well. My orders always arrived very fast which was great, and the boxes they arrived in were very pretty. I have since returned to the site to order the Cryo Tools and the mint balm. The cryo tools are incredible, and my skin feels amazing after them. Would strongly recommend. 10 outof 10
