I haven’t received my aligners yet but I just completed the at home impressions and Dan (the customer support agent) was fantastic and super helpful during the process. I can’t wait to recieve my aligners!

Easy to purchase. Received impression kit and scheduled appointment with a specialist to do the impressions. Overall very easy!

Excellent appointment with Abby is helpful, clear with his instructions, and thorough. The only issue was I wish we could have met sooner!

My representative Jennifer Walker was extremely helpful and patient with me trying to do my impressions for the third time. She was really helpful in guiding my through the process.

Anytime I chat with them, they are so helpful and patient with me. They send me pictures of what I need to do and wait with me rather than disconnect the line. This agent tonite was very quick and knew what I needed right away and sent me the correct photos and explained it clearly.

Stay away from this company do not be deceived by their many good reviews I repeat stay away from this company! They will not refund your money back. You will be swept away in captivity and never really come to the end of your treatment. Years will go by and no improvement in your treatment. They intentionally guide you in the wrong path so that you would pay more!

Don’t do it. Customer service is horrible after you sign up. Two months and no impressions yet. I keep getting the run around about the eta but no real answers and they won’t cancel or even respond. You call they ask to email you email no answers. Any 5 star emails are fake. This is horrible.

The person that helped me get my impressions done correctly deserves 5 stars. Very helpful.
However, when it takes 1.5+ months to get an appointment, the problem lies with the company and number of employees.
Also, making you pay for retainers outside of the original purchase is a little shady. I still don’t have my aligners so I can’t comment if they actually worked.

Horrible experience. I decided not to move forward with the product. It has taken almost a week to even process a refund. Every time I call I get told I will get and email the same day and never receive. I call back and have to stay on the phone with them to receive an email. Still at this point waiting to get an email that they processed a refund. Jordan is processing is not following up and never available. I just want my refund.

Zain was really helpful in walking me through the impressions! It was easy to do with his help and no mistakes were made by me with his assistance! I highly recommend this service as it works for the customer!
I would choose this service again in a heart beat!

So far, I have had a great experience with Aligner32. I have not yet started my alignment process, I am currently wearing my static aligners, but so far communication has been great. I plan on updating once I am actually undergoing treatment.

They’re affordable and their customer service has been excellent!

I had difficulty with scheduling once I received my kit however, the person who helped me with my molds during my video chat was helpful. I would recommend but not if you are looking to receive your trays right away. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

I'm a new client so I can't speak to the aligner results but the customer service has been awesome. I had a great video consultation session and I'm excited to get started!
