There is no customer service, they adveb something and send something else cheaper. Finally you can't get refund as very tricky website, not access to right place.

I’ve been trying to get my refund of cheap hair from Aliexpress since SEPTEMBER 2024 and up till now no regard at all FROM THE SENIOR TEAM THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE AND WICKED THEY DO NOT HAVE NO EMPATHY FOR THEIR CLIENTS I’m just tired of been scammed by ALIEXPRESS AND THE SELLER and the funny thing is that the seller constantly increases their price but the quality is the same NOW I’m 100% sure that they are working together to scam their clients OR THEIR MONEY I’ve been trying to get open a claim for days now THIS IS UNFAIR to all THE GIRLS out there do not buy THE HAIR FROM ALIEXPRESS IS CHEAP BUT IT DOES NOT LAST IS BEST THAT YOU INVEST YOUR MONEY IN RAW HAIR AND IT WILL LAST YOU MORE AND THE TEXTURE WILL BE ALWAYS THE SAME!!

Real Scammers. You order, it does not fit, you try to return and it is automatically denied. They advertise free returns. Typically a scam. I will fight back until i get my refund and a return label.

One of the worst places to shop ordered a week ago and still not dispatched my order yet and customer service is non existent.This is the first and last time I’ll be using this place absolutely ridiculous service

Impossible to even register with AliExpress. I tried getting them to sort out an account that wouldnt let me pay for my order and gave up after wasting hours going round in circles talking to an AI bot. I can only imagine what it would be like deling with them if you had a customer service problem. I gave up and went back to TEMU

buyers beware, they steal money, I deposited 1200 euros in their account for 2 orders, they didn't send me the products, and they didn't return the money back.

Once again they lied and scammed me. I paid for headphones that were counterfeit and they refunded me 0.04 cent for fake headphones that I paid a total of €24.49 with real proof to back it up. You even sent me an e-mail telling me that the total refund was 24.49 € and you refunded me 0.04 €. What kind of scammer are you? You want to do the same thing to me with the figurine of vegeta by refunding me the sum of 0,06 € whereas I paid the figurine 34,39 € they even said to me by email that I would be refunded 34,39€ for the figurine sue I returned and they also said to me that I would receive the refund of the counter way of the ear-phones the sum of 24,49€. I purchased a middle range Android head unit for my car and it is full of bugs . I have hardly used the car but when I do apps crash and are very difficult to see. After contacting the company Cogamichi about simple Android options like increasing font and text size so apps can actually be seen when they work I find out that there is no option to increase font or text size!! After many useless conversations I am advised to buy a new head unit from them!!! Absolute scammers.

Have bought celling light in February this year with 5years of warranty on the product. Unfortunately it starts flickering after 5 months of use, seller cheating making me to place an order otherwise he isn't providing any spare parts( no refund or replacement is provided). Have contacted CS 3 times, the answer is - deal with seller yourself and today's one was the top fun- video has been provided isn't enough,we need professional report to prove the lamp is flickering...

Only use this company if you can afford to take a big risk.
Prices double (and more) as soon as you look at the details of a product. Tax is extra. Much of their merchandise is posted directly from China. Hence you need to be very patient for delivery.
The first 2 items ('t' shirts) I purchased were reasonable quality. Then it all changed. Mens beach trunks with no lining. Awful quality. See through. XL soo small they would only fit a small boy (worrying!).
I ordered 2 further 't' shirts both XL. Labels say XL, but one was 4 inches larger in the chest than the other. Also terrible quality. Sterling silver bracelets that aren't silver etc....
Requests to return goods are ignored. I won't be using AliExpress again.

I received a defective device. After complaining, the seller promised to send me a new one. But nothing arrived! After complaining to Aliexpress, no help at all! That's the Alixpress service

They sent the package to the wrong address.
The seller would not respond to my messages.
AliExpress dispute would not resolve issue.
I had to go through pay pal to get a refund. I would not use them again you cannot trust them they will steal your money.

Versprechen sind nutzlos. Dazu gehört das Versprechen auf kostenlose Rücksendung, wenn die Ware nicht der Beschreibung entspricht, wenn die Ware logistisch umgestellt wird. Genau das war bei mir der Fall. Der clevere Händler bietet seine Ware aus Deutschland an. In Wirklichkeit dauert es dann nach Bestellung Wochen Denn: die Ware wird nach Bestellung von China nach Deutschland geschickt, dann umetikettiert und kommt tatsächlich aus Deutschland. Wenn man berechtigerweise die Ware zurücksenden will, weil sie ihre Versprechen nicht erfüllt, will Aliexpress, dass man das auf eigene Kosten - nach China tut, nicht nach Deutschland.
Bschiss. man kann nicht behaupten, Aliexpress wisse nichts von diesem Täuschmanöver ...

It said on the webpage that the article would be sent from Germany. In fact it came from China. It was sent off from China at pretty much the day that it should have arrived here at my home. Which is a false pretense and cannot be accepted. So I expect to send the article back to Germany as well.

The radio reception is totally unacceptable. It shows emitters on the list (after searching for stations) which it do not appear once I want to listen to them.

Watch out for this bunch of scammers.

Their normal strategy to get you to their site is to email you with offers of discounts of 30% and more on products they sell, but this is just a way of hooking you to sell you the same item in the email but at full price!

And it doesn't even end there either.

The prices you see are ex-VAT (which they don't bother to mention). It's only when you get to the checkout that the 20% VAT is added to the price, in effect a price hike of 20%.

AliExpress must be the only company that where the price indicated is the price excluding VAT. As you see by the rating, it's a company to avoid at all costs. Little more than a bunch of scammers.

BTW All the reviews with more that a single star appear to be from China. Highly suspicious, in all probability submitted by employees of the company!!!

I placed an order for a 100Ah 60V Electric Car Lithium Battery (model 18650, waterproof) from the seller Shop1103681406 on May 18, 2024. After a long wait, I finally received the package on July 11, 2024, which took a total of 54 days.

Initially, I suspected the item might be faulty, but it has become clear to me that this was a scam. Instead of receiving a genuine 100Ah battery, I received a battery that weighs only 3.6kg, while a legitimate 100Ah battery should weigh between 17-40kg. This discrepancy in weight was my first indication that something was wrong.

On July 16, 2024, I activated buyer protection after numerous attempts to contact the seller. AliExpress informed me that I would need to pay for the return shipment, with the promise that the seller would cover these costs. I followed through and returned the item on August 1, 2024, using tracking number CO971615418RO. However, as of August 20, 2024, the package has been stuck in Chinese customs, awaiting necessary paperwork from the seller. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the seller regarding this situation, which makes it evident that they are unwilling to assist.

I have contacted AliExpress multiple times regarding my situation, and while they assure me that I will be refunded, 60 days have passed since I activated buyer protection without any resolution. The seller Shop1103681406 appears unresponsive and seems to be closing down their shop, as there are no items available.

Additionally, I noticed another seller, likely associated with the first (Shop1104080437), is offering a similar 100Ah battery for just 5kg (the whole package). This raises red flags, as it further indicates potential fraudulent activity within the platform.

I'm deeply concerned that my experience reflects a lack of oversight and accountability on AliExpress's part. I feel scammed and doubt I will ever see my money again. With 120 days since my order and no product or refund received, I'm left feeling frustrated and let down by both the seller and AliExpress's buyer protection program. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly vet sellers before making a purchase.

They do not want to issue a refund for the items returned by the currier (with no reason). Since the evidence was sent as requested the refund should be completed as is their responsibility. Is a complete scam.

Didn´t receive my goods. Their carrier marked the shipment as "Delivered". But there is no package in my mailbox, and video shows no activity the morning they allegedly delivered the package. AliExpress wants prove of me not getting my goods?! How?? By showing you an empty mailbox. Scammers. Nothing else. Don´t buy anything from them

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!
