We’ve used Alien Clean several times when we were short-staffed at Restaurant Havblik in Aarhus, and the experience has been consistently good.
What we appreciate most is how fast they can respond. On a couple of busy evenings we needed extra dishwashing help with very short notice, and they managed to get reliable people to us quickly. The staff they send are professional, understand kitchen routines, and can start working without much introduction.
Communication is also straightforward – clear confirmations and no last-minute surprises so far. For a restaurant that sometimes faces sudden absences or peak pressure, this kind of flexible support is genuinely useful.
We’re happy with the service and will continue using them when we need temporary help.
